Good location, clean, warm, spaciousutvthis.

There was major building work going on all day for two days (out of 3 days we were there), EXTREMELY noisy drilling all day & scaffolding affecting the view. It think it was very unacceptable to do the building work while it was rented out to guests. I’ve had no reply from the owner when I complained about this.

Easy to collect keys, no issue.

Woken up by building work directly outside the room at 8am on a Saturday. Drilling and banging was right by our heads in the bedroom. Host apologised after I complained, but didn't offer any compensation at all. TV was impossible to get Freesat to work, so we could only use Netflix, which was fine, but we couldn't watch live TV at all. There was no hand soap, or bar of soap in the entire apartment, which I think is even more essential in COVID times. It's not always expected, but there was no shower gel/soap either, so we were washing our hands with fairy liquid which was the only thing in the place.

Close to the beach and central to all facilities.

We were not informed that the flat above was being refurbished, or that the roof was being replaced or that it was surrounded by scaffold, with the builders starting at 8am with power tools outside the bedroom windows. No idea how long these works are going on for. Can't believe that the owner didn't inform us at any point or even apologise. He simply suggested that the work would stop at the weekend, we were there in the week (!) Or that we might like to go out for the day (!!). Comedy. Scaffold obscures the limited seaviews.

Good location. Lyme Regis is a lovely place.

Was annoyed that during our stay scafolding was put up around the building and building work going on for the two days we were there. Would have been nice to have been told of this in advance. The bed was not the comfiest.

Well stocked apartment and an excellent location.

Unfortunately, for our stay, the apartment was surrounded by scaffolding and blue netting. Hardly, the experience we expected. It felt like being in a bird cage. Spoilt the sea view and unable to open windows as dust on scaffolding boards. There was also damp in the living room. We were disappointed, but fortunately the weather was great and we were able to spend time out and about. Lyme Regis is lovely. Hopefully, it will be a better experience for people when the work is completed.

Great location, close to everything. Could pop in and out all day. Spotless clean. Enough space for a family of four. Beautiful views from the living room, really breathtaking to be so close to the sea.

Had to wait a while for apartment to be ready. Some noise at night from street and water mill.

Nothing to dislike

Clean, comfortable and spacious. Everything you need for a short stay. Double aspect living area with some sea views. Centrally located with cafés, restaurants, shops and pubs on the doorstep. Close to the sea front. Pubs behind you and opposite, excellent café opposite, Antonio's, a proper Italian around the corner and Hix's Oyster and Fish House a short walk up the road. Proper plants (not hideous plastic). The sound of rushing water of the river from your bedroom windows.

Nothing to dislike

Excellent condition, appears recently refurbished. Superb central location opposite the beach.

No freezer, tv didn't work - "no signal"!? It might have been us!!!!

Breakfast n/a as was self catering. Location was as expected. Area enjoyable within walking distance of all ameneties.

The apartment did not fit the description as 'luxury with sea views'. Had to seek help 3 times to get the tv to work from a very helpful member of staff from the shop below . Thank goodness for him. There was no freezer box. Kitchen hob (although it looked new) was difficult to press buttons for heat. Basic kitchen utensils, missing a choice of utensils that one may want to use. Guest information/instructions not updated (2 different wifi instructions). Bathroom had no hooks or soap dishes .The heating was complicated to use and despite following instructions came on early hours in the morning and wouldn't go on in the evening.The outside of windows were dirty so that the small view of the sea (inbetween buildings) was further compromised by scaffolding across the road. Worst of all there was major building work on the apartment above that started at 07.30am all day.

Brilliant location. Close to fabulous cafe/bakery and micro brewery. And of course the seafront. Views of the sea as well!

Great location, very clean, main bedroom very comfy, good views of the sea.

Building work going on in the flat above that was noisy. 7.30am you coukd hear music playing in the flat above! Needed more utensils in the kitchen. Bread knife, pizza cutter, lid for saucepans, table mats. We also found it difficult to operate the tv for live tv despite following the instructions..the sofa bed was also quite uncomfortable. It coukd do with an extra thin mattress on top of the fold out bed.
