Great location, really great team on reception who were super helpful, breakfast team where great.

bar staff were not as friendly as reception. they did not serve drinks to residents after a certain time, bit strange. Seemed reluctant to light the fire each night which was major feature. The whole hotel needs some cosmetic tidy up, scuffs, chips, everywhere, seats tired etc, too many for a 5 star hotel. Plus the carpets where not clean enough. gave a shabby chic look but for me it all needed much more attention and focus for the prices being charged.

The rooms are nice although we booked the same room as our friends and it was very different and did not match the description.

TV only shows the news. The bar staff make you feel unwelcome. Very overpriced drinks. I emailed ahead to say that I have a nut allergy. I struggled to eat at the morning buffet because of the nuts across the whole buffet. There are nuts on tables in the reception and even in the SPA. The time I did eat cereal in the buffet I had a reaction from cross contamination.

the location and the bar area with fire was nice.

the room was very small and had no space. restraunt wasn’t very good on a night. room service took 2 hours to come one night. the spa pool was very cold and the sauna wasn’t working properly at times.

the location is superb for ski in ski out and has a nice vibrant vibe and the sauna and pool after a days skiing was excellent

the drinks are very pricey but we had bed & breakfast and could eat elsewhere although we did enjoy a couple of very nice meals there

very poor value for money. drinks and all extras extortionate rates. charged for everything, some small concessions would have made all the difference given the cost of the rooms. breakfast average at best and utterly understaffed . the one or two waiters/waitresses tried their hardest but average waiting time for eggs and coffee (which you would have expected to be available for these prices without having to order) 15 -20 minutes. to resemble value for money all prices need to drop by at least 20% rooms small for price paid and beds average comfort. again for price expect more

Great food served in all the restaurants. Evening meal were excellent and just what we needed after a long drive from the U.K. breakfast was a great selection and enjoyed by all of our group

Car parking in P0 was very tight for a 4x4 vehicle. Also car park as a 2.20 height limit so watch out for the roof box.

The location and the spa where great

The service at breakfast and in the bar was slow and you had to chase team members to get tables cleared or food and drinks The room was a bit smaller than we thought and the bathroom very basic for a cost as high as it was

great location for skiing in Val Tho with a very good service.

the half board had the same limited selection for the entire week with most dishes at extra cost. the wine was very expensive. it felt like they leverage on their captive audience. their sister restaurant -Brasserie - had low food quality.

clean, good location for ski in and out et al.

rooms were small and sort of split into two sections. heating in the rooms was poor, the radiators made the already dry air almost unbearable. but the worst thing is the amount of noise you here from the smokers area down stairs. the people who come to this resort do enjoy the sound of their voices bellowing across the town. ski is decent but I won’t be back after 5 nights of zero sleep

The pool, bar and restaurant all worked to give us a relaxed and pleasant stay. The evening entertainment was an unexpected bonus. Thank you.

Not really able to find something we didn’t like.

The Property was well located to skiing and the restaurants.

There were some issues with the hotel, we weren’t really explained to about what way breakfast worked and this became a problem on our 1st morning. we waited for some time before any coffee was offered and only knew about the hot offering when we heard other guests ordering. On the 3rd day no chef appeared in for the breakfast service making the range very poor, we went without breakfast this day and were offered no compensation for the fact this was really poor they didn’t have a back up plan. On check out I was charged for mini bar items I never ordered, but there was no argument about this and it was taken off straight away. When waiting on taxi to leave I over heard the GM talking to other guests checking in and they were offered Tea, coffee ect and explained a bit about the area and eating options this was a nice touch but not offered on our check in
