Host made breakfast for us earlier than their usual time. The room and facilities were great. Everything smelled nice. Breakfast was delicious.

Nothing but if I had to pick something I would recommend having big refillable bottles of body lotions and shampoos for environmental reasons.

Not much. We travelled from opposite ends of Scotland to meet for dinner and a couple of drinks in Pitlochry, very rare occasion. We were very much looking forward to not waking with small children so the 9:15 latest breakfast didn’t suit our needs at all. We decided to miss it and get breakfast later which was a shame. A kettle and tea/coffee would have been a lovely touch.

Breakfast was ok my husband had full breakfast which was good . Not so happy mine one slice toast small pouched egg

Parking was not good small space for 4 cars

Rosehill Guest House was extremely clean and nicely decorated. It was centrally located and close to shops, restaurants and cafes. Breakfast was of a very high standard and served in a pretty dining room. The staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming. We would definitely stay again.

Bedroom very clean & spacious. Great breakfast. Very accommodating hosts, allowing us to leave our luggage when arriving really early, & the same when we checked out in the morning letting us leave our luggage until we caught our train in the afternoon. Would definitely recommend.

This place is just amazing, Jackie was super helpful, room was spotless and breakfast was fabulous! We’ll definitely be back again when in Pitlochry

This place is amazing, great location, friendly staff, extremely spacious rooms, modern clean bathrooms and beds super comfy. We would come back here next time visiting Pitlochry over a big hotel any time. On the Main Street next to everything. Also has parking! … honestly a hidden gem.

Lovely place to stay with a welcoming host and excellent breakfast.

The noise between rooms was noticeable when staying underneath a room.

Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful - even running my friend and I to a restaurant we had booked one night. The breakfasts were outstanding! Nothing was too much trouble. A gem of a place and if we come back to Pitlochry this is where we will stay again.
