Excellent locational. Opposite the Crabshell Inn which was very good and a short walk from shops and restaurants.
Not very well equipped so had to buy corkscrew, tray for making ice cubes and a cafetiere. Some very tired furniture - the six chairs round the table were very worn and should have been reupholstered or replaced some time ago. Very poor lighting in the shower room which needed a light above the mirror. very limited storage for clothes, with drawers in one bedroom and a small wardrobe in the other bedroom and no chairs in either bedroom.

We were guests at a wedding in Thurlestone and this apartment was perfect. Nice and roomy, great location on the estuary and a short walk down into the town. Convenient parking on-site. The check-in was very straightforward. The apartment has two bedrooms, one with an en-suite and there's an additional bathroom, so perfect for 3-4 people. The large kitchen/lounge is well-equipped, everything you might need for self-catering, although we ate out as only there for two nights. WiFi is provided and works as expected. This was much easier than staying in a hotel and a better deal as local hotels had hiked their prices due to the wedding and it being May bank holiday weekend.
The apartment was very hot, and it was hard to open the velux roof windows to get any kind of thru-breeze. Consequently the bedrooms were a bit stuffy, could do with some fans for hot weather. The beds were ok although the bedding was low quality and pillows offered very little support, they could do with being changed. Storage was ok, wardrobes provided some hanging space but were small. In some areas the apartment could so with a bit of TLC, nothing serious but teh overall buidling loosk new and well kept,so we were surprised to see the odd bit of wallpaper hanging off the walls, bits of paint and plasterwok needing attention, especially in the ensuite.

Very spacious and comfortable! Well equipped with everything that was needed! Plenty of good size parking spaces available. Great location (opposite is good restaurant with great views). Beds were very comfy! Plus outstanding communication! Strongly recommended!

Lovely location, easy walk into town.
The dining chairs were very shabby and the wallpaper was peeling in places. A toilet roll holder was hanging loose from the wall.

The location was superb.......large apartment with plenty of space. Safe off-street parking undercover. Lift to the property which is on the 3rd floor.
No microwave oven...........generally needed upgrade: dining room chairs worn out, uncomfortable beds, leaking radiator in en-suite, door to patio almost impossible to lock, dirty skylights. The patio is small and in need of upgrade and has no outlook, apart from builders yard next door.

Liked the 2 bathrooms. Lounge area was comfortable and kitchen well stocked.
Lift, WiFi and parking space added bonus!
Easily walkable to the town.
Couldn't work out how to turn heating down so was a little warm at times, especially the bathrooms. Wouldn't put me off recommending to others.

Both TV not working ( Leeds missing) one in lounge when you turned the sound up or down kept flashing on and off for 30 minutes

Clean and spacious. Comfy beds. Great location.
Wallpaper peeling off; no microwave; told there was only a freezer compartment at the top of the fridge but actually there was a separate freezer; toilet roll holder falling off in en-suite; no coffee maker, yet it was in the description.

Location. Lift as property was on 3rd floor. Very quite. Option of having either a bath or a shower. Having a parking space undercover close to property.
Apartment was very cold upon arrival as time switch was not at correct time. Car park space mentioned in emails always had a car in it. A microwave would have been handy. Dining room chairs very badly worn.

Self-catering - plenty of cooking/dining items; good quality. Includes fridge (not mentioned) in info bumph.
Overall it has all the charm, warmth and appeal of a night on an Arctic ice floe. Clearly designed and built as a second home/holiday rental rather than as anyone’s “home” as claimed in the guest information sheet. How anyone could tack this gloomy attic extension on to a riverside complex is beyond belief.
Chunky scuffed and dark lounge furniture dominates the main living/dining area. Stickers left on walls where pictures have been removed is not a good look.
It is an attic (very spacious admittedly) tacked on to the upper level above far better apartments.
Although directly opposite the river, none of the attractive views are accessible other than by standing on a chair and peering out through a skylight - something others before me have done judging by the poor state of chair seats.
The so-called balcony tacked on to the side of the lounge/dining area offers a view only of the main road and is an unkempt space in urgent need of weeding. The bedroom views are of pebbled backyards.
The booking/check-in system is cumbersome and far from user friendly; guests expected to be computer literate mobile owners happy to download yet another cursed app for essential communication.
Door out to the patio unlockable and blew open in the middle of a stormy rainy night.
Baffling technology demands too much of guests’ time and patience for anyone used to other devices. Two remotes for the main TV seemed intended to work in conjunction but getting them to "speak" to each other was yet another puzzle.
The TV in the bedroom offered even less joy with instructions to “go to source” on a permanent loop.
For this guest, the electric hob was yet another irritant, lacking all the immediacy and control of gas plus the wasteful lingering post-cooking heat. Instruction book for guests would be good – as for all other appliances.
The code to access the bin store given in the information sheet in the room is NOT that same as given in the email to guests.

Good location. Good parking. Nice and quiet. Nice bathrooms. Lift from garage to apartment level excellent.
No microwave oven. Lighting in en suite bathroom not bright enough for shaving. No wine glasses only 2 big goblets. Outside balcony over grown with weeds

The location was good. The property was clean and the beds comfy. It was spacious.
I arrived with my two children at 6pm and tried to open the lockbox with the code that I had been sent . It didnt work. We had a dinner booking so we had to leave but at the pub I called the owner and was told that the combination had been changed. I then returned to the property at 9.30pm and managed to open the lockbox but there were no keys. I called the owner. He said he would need to check where they were and would call me back. He didnt so I called again and he told me that they had had to do some last minute maintenance in the flat and someone was bringing me the keys. They turned up some minutes later. There was no apology. It was late by this time and we were all tired. Whilst the flat was fine in some ways the living room furniture was shabby, all of the windows had bird poo on them, the balcony was covered in weeds, and there was only one eating bowl in the kitchen. There was a sense that no one really bothered to make it nice. Presumably the owners had had months to do things like clean the windows and weed the balcony so I cant really understand why they didn't. I would have happily overlooked these things if it hadnt been so difficult getting into the property in the first place, something that the owner didnt seem to appreciate. I tried to contact the owners about these issues as I don't like leaving bad reviews and I am assuming that the difficultly getting in was a one -off but I have had no response.
