Everthing was as expected, friendly and helpful service, large room, value for money and extremely convenient location for our needs. We didn’t get to use the leisure facilities which were a bonus.

The rooms are clean, comfortable and really spacious. Staff are friendly and it feels like a home from home.

Would like breakfast to begin sooner. Don't like the shampoo sachets would prefer a dispenser on the wall maybe?

I ordered a hotel for 3 people, my son was 11 years old. Unfortunately, there were only 2 towels for the shower. We had to borrow ours. There was no microwave or small fridge in the room, which is normal in hotel rooms in Europe. There was also only one flimsy plastic disposable cup to rinse the teeth after the paste. The room was terribly hot at night. There was no air conditioning or fan. Overall very poor.

1.One room card for two people, so when one person goes out, e.g. to a bar or to smoke, the other sits in the dark without electricity 2. old items in the room/not even a mini fridge in the room/dirty windows.

The best part was when i packed up to leave.

Everything. Facilities are abysmal, barely anything worked in the onsite gym. I also had bed bugs.

Great location close to family i was visiting and near shops. Room was warm. Bed fairly comfortable.

The wifi doesn't work in the room. No remote control for the TV . The bathroom looked dirty with lots of marks on the grout. There were silverfish in the bathroom too. Toilet had to be flushed 3/4 times to get it to drain. Everything looks old and worn. Black gunk on the carpet by the skirting board. There was a lock on the door that didn't work so had to barricade the door to feel safe.If I'd known this was how the room would be I would never have booked it. Only managed to sleep because I was so exhausted otherwise I'd have been up all night worrying. Could've stayed somewhere nicer for the same price. Won't be returning again.

Bed was comfortable. Good size room and staff were friendly and helpful.

Bathroom needs some attention. Broken taps for shower and cold water tap running warm.

Reception and Hallway areas looked really run down and random people said in Foyer. Made me feel uneasy.

WiFi didn’t work in our room at all. staff rebooted booster twice still no connection. If you going for business trip, that’s definitely not place for you. unpleasant smell on the first floor in the corridor. During our stay at the hotel ( New Year’s Eve) someone was smoking in the room so fire alarm went on 3 times during a night, that’s obviously not hotel fall, but after one of the alarms 1 person from the staff went to our room (to check) without knocking or announcing herself, using another card to the room. Inadmissible behaviour, after this experience I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone

This was my second stay at this hotel. I'm satisfied in every way. The best thing about this hotel is always great, professional and friendly front desk staff. I'm sure we'll see each other again. Thank you very much.

The spa was dated and very unclean. The fact that breakfast is only served on Sundays. Noisy families allowing their children to run around screaming in the middle of the night.

A very pleasant stay all-round clean spacious rooms with equally spacious bathroom with a walk in shower ample seating areas TV and coffee and tea making facilities.lovely pub serving meals and a great selection of drinks children and dog friendly. The staff and clientele are very friendly and welcoming. A home from home experience that I highly recommend and I will definitely stay again.
