this hotel has all the amenities. within walking distance to the center. Nice little gift at the departure.

this hotel is old and needs an upgrade. the bed mattress was a little too hard. it’s quite a walk to the town center, difficult to navigate but I think the property has a shuttle.

we liked the ambience, the suite, the service and the food.

the jacuzzi temperature was low, the spa needs improvement

The beautiful Hotel with awesome staff! The meals were above all expectations, especially dinner - the level of dishes is unbelievable. Ivan the guy on reception is so nice and helpful. All facilities are well maintained and you can feel the customer care and service to n every interaction with the staff. With no doubt we will be more than happy to come again to this beautiful place

Friendly and helpful staff. Shuttle bus to the slopes worked perfectly. restaurant was lovely. rooms were all comfortable and clean. Cake after skiing was perfect!

Hotel personnel is very friendly! the transfer was organized immediately upon request! room was cleaned and served with the cookies twice (!) a day!

everything was excellent, food was amazing, staff were brilliant, the facilities were superb, lovely little touches like cake available every afternoon, and to travel home with, breakfast bags for early departure, shuttle to the ski lifts or town any time, nothing was too much trouble. We changed to half board after the first nights dinner as the food was so good and they were very accommodating for my daughter who eats a gluten & lactose free diet. We also enjoyed the pool and sauna every afternoon which was very clean and well maintained. This hotel is a credit to the team that work here thank you for a perfect stay

The staff was very friendly, the room was very clean, a great view on the mountains from the breakfast room, there’s even life music in the evening which is a nice touch, the shuttle service was excellent.

the spa area is a bit outdated for the category of the hotel, the breakfast was limited due to covid, room was a bit dark.

Waiters were nice and professional, desk personnel also. Relax room was nice and with a great view.

Room was very small, it was old (old furniture, old carpet floor, old bathroom). Safe was extra small. Pool water was burning my eyes so probably too much chlorine. In general the hotel felt really old and not in line with the average I have seen in the region (which I visit at least once a year). Dinner was good but felt like a brick in the stomach every evening. Maybe a wider choice of vegetables dishes instead of heavy meet/beef stuff would have been appreciated.

Family run hotel with special attention to details, very friendly and hospitable staff, great and clean facilities, delicious food. Oh and what a view of the Dolomites through the room window! We enjoyed our stay and will certainly be back and recommend to our friends!
