Normal breakfast buffet or out menu .. not a controlled fastfood type

The location to go to the airport is very convenient, rooms are nice, comfortable and clear.

The bar was closed, I had to call somebody from the staff for getting a drink. No big deal, but you don´t expect that the bar at the hotel to be closed. As I had an early flight, when I checked-in the front-desk girl offered me to have ready a breakfast box to take with me, however when I checked-out, the personnel had changed and the front desk-guy didn´t know anything about it....so...

the property is near the airport, it was great for what I needed. Staff were friendly, such a rar finding in DR. I would recommend this hotel.

I didn’t liked the smell of the carpet in the hallway.

The closeness to airport

The restaurant .buffet was lame. Only 4 things in buffet Regular menu was ok. However service was slow

Airport was five minutes away

Restaurant and bathroom. Rooms need to be renovated, hotel needs some renovation like better colors brighter ,

Close to airport. Breakfast was generous with a large variety of food.

Window Shade system in room broke and couldn't pull it down completely. No free shuttle to airport despite being close enough.

Location, it was near the airport as I was flying next day first thing in the morning.

they had some sort of party right next to my bedroom and the music was so loud I could not rest properly, and my idea was to rest at night to take my next flight pretty early in the morning.

Near airport. Reception arranged for taxi at 4am. Club sandwich and flan at the restaurant were delicious.

Bathroom hairdryer needs to be replaced. Had to play with the outlet and the screen is not attached.

Facility is beautiful

The staff were professional & cordial. Easy check in and checkout. The establishment was very clean.

The carpet may need some freshening up, but other then that the stay was pleasant!

The staggered extremely pleasant and helpful. Wonderful service.

There were bugs in the sink.

the hallways I did not like. dark carpet and NO air conditioning. very hot!

location, view, pool, restaurant in the property,

wifi didn’t reach the room where I was in the 4th floor, TV not working and phone not working in the room, tried to change me but I had to be going to lobby so many times eventually I got tired and decided not to, next day received a charge on my CC 6 hrs after my check out apparently they charge me wrong day before.
