Claudio was welcoming, kind and helpful. The staff at the restaurant was super friendly and enthusiastic. Our apartment was beyond our espectations: very spacious, super clean, the bed was comfortable and best of all: the view over the lake from our terrace! There were (mountain)bikes to use for free, we discovered the area with them.

No feedback on questions that I have done by Whatsapp and Booking chat before the travel, but very reactive the day of the travel when I shared a delay in arrival time.

The room had cobwebs. The electric kettle was broken.
A torn tablecloth. There is no Wi-Fi reception in the room

Great small resort with a lovely pool and playground for kids ,free laundry available to wash, easy parking and breakfast included-we were two couples but clearly it’s appeals to families to stay here. Large apartments! Nice grill we used for dinners -We had a relaxing two days
Couldn’t walk to anything -we did wander down the road on a path that follows the lake but no way to get to the lake without driving down to a public beach

Perfect location and nice facilities (restaurant and pool)
A little bit more love in the detail was missing. Specifically for the breakfast. I think this place could be excellent if a little bit more love would be given to the detail, eg glasses instead of plastic cups. Overall a nice stay we have had!

Great quality and very beautiful garden and surroundings. Breakfast is superb. Clean and amazing people and service. For us - a family with 3 kids - it was fantastic. Thank you to Claudio and his family for kindness!!!

We had a lovely stay! The view and location near the Lago are great. The apartment is well equipped and we had a yard on both sides, ensuring shadow during the day. Nice pool.
