Outstanding facilities, welcome, and location

Location is perfect, its a 15 min walk out of the village ,but we were on a walking holiday ,so whats a few more steps, and is past some stunning properties and also the start of some walking routes. Apartment is all you,ll need and more, view out of lounge is serene. Parking is secure and a few steps from your door. Hosts lovely and welcoming people. This is a gem, just book it!

The apartment and the location were excellent. The hosts were really nice people who made us most welcome. We would recommend this apartment to our friends.

Lovely apartment, spotlessly clean, containing everything needed for a stress-free stay. The purpose built apartment is situated above a large garage at the side of the building, although attached to the main building you really feel you have the space to yourself.

The property was in a great location and the bonus of tv with Netflix plus lovely Xmas tree in the apartment made it even more perfect. Supplies of tea, coffee, milk too an added bonus , it was fabulous.

Excellent location away from the busy part of the village. The view from the main windows was amazing. We loved the peace and quiet.

The accommodation was lovely and clean,comfortable,quiet,with a great view over the cotswolds.

The only 'irrelevant' problem was some confusion with the use of a sat nav. Googles fault anyway.

This was self catering accommodation. The owners had thought of everything we might need and provided it. Bedroom had plenty storage space. Bathroom had roomy shower. Kitchen had all the essentials with milk in the fridge.

Angus and Anne were the perfect hosts. On arrival, Angus was more than happy to greet and show us around, despite us arriving late in the evening. The apartment was very comfortable and clean, with everything you could need, including hot water bottles, maps and walking guides, tea and coffee, toiletries, first aid kit etc. There were plenty of books, dvds and games, as well as access to Netflix, amazon etc. The location was ideal for exploring the Cotswolds, with some amazing walks on the doorstep and situated 15 minutes walk from Broadway High street. The views from the windows were beautiful and we enjoyed sitting outside on the patio a few evenings and taking in the surroundings. We cannot recommend this place enough, thank you Angus and Anne!

The property was set in lovely surroundings and close to the village of Broadway. The property was of a high standard and had virtually everything you would require from a stay. We particularly enjoyed the quiet and private patio sitting area on which to enjoy a drink after a days excursion. The owners where friendly helpful and welcoming. We would have no hesitation in recommending this property and location.

We loved everything about this apartment. It was so well equipped, clean and in a beautiful position. Anne and Angus are fabulous hosts and the dogs are lovely too. Brilliant value for money and we are looking forward to going back soon.

Lovely apartment with everything we needed for a relaxing few days in beautiful Broadway. The views from the apartment are stunning and we enjoyed sitting out on the private patio. The apartment was extremely clean and well equipped, easy walking distance from everything but nicely set back from the bustle of the high street. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful.

A very clean, comfortable, tasteful, well equipped apartment. Private entrance and beautiful surroundings and view.

Not really a negative as this was beautiful accommodation - but it is on the very edge of the village. It was a 20 min walk from the village green and a gentle, steady uphill at the end. Hence the great view.

Everything about our stay at this property was outstanding. The hosts, Anne and Angus could not be more welcoming and gracious. The property is in a perfect location a short stroll from the village. The facilities and cleanliness of the apartment were equal to that of a 5-star hotel. Very cosy and bright apartment too. Plenty of information provided our hosts on nearby attractions. Absolutely perfect long weekend stay that exceeded our expectations. Anne and Angus even went to the effort of posting a charger we had left behind back to us in London. A huge thank you from Fara & Frank. We look forward to returning! :)

Only that we had to leave!

It was great to find such a high quality self catering apartment for our stay in the Cotswolds. The views were exceptional, as was the apartment and the hosts. Location is excellent for walking into the village, having drinks and eating in a great choice of restaurants.

Great location. Spectacular views. Short walk into Broadway. Self sufficient if you want to stay in. Plenty of great walks nearby.
