It needs to be updated. Dingy and musty smelling.

Great place to stay and it was located perfectly for us.

We traveled in 2 vehicles but only had 1 parking space. We searched everyone for public parking and there's nothing available for overnight parking within 30+ minutes. We were up well into the night on the phone with Vacasa to help us find a place to park and was unsuccessful - and told management would not allow a 2nd spot, but we spoke to the onsite management the next day and easily secured a 2nd spot.

Great location. Great pools. Great beach access. Great parking. Beds and pillows were very comfy. Nice there were chairs, cooler, and umbrella in the unit we could use on the beach.

Floor was cleaned with something that made it slick and after a few days, sticky. No washer and dryer in the unit. Couldn’t get the air conditioning to stay set at one temp. Kept resetting itself to a much higher temp which sucked....maybe a bad thermostat.

Rooms looked like what is advertised. Comfortable beds. Updated kitchen & bathrooms.

No towels upon arrival. Then we are given 6 towels for 6 people for 3 days. Choice was use same towel or do laundry. No beach towels in unit.

Location great, Very comfortable, and decorated condo very nice.

Master bedroom pillow cases did not appear clean. The bed had sand on sheets underneath cover. Did not receive instructions on how to get in and codes. Parking spot far away condo. Stove didn't work took an hour to get it fixed. (did get a credit on rent)Brochures stated the pool was heated It wasn't.
