Everything about the place is Good. The staff are lovely and the breakfast is second to none....highly recommend..😃

Room size excellent and breakfast couldn't be faulted. Staff and host were superb. Lovely little touches like wine glasses and corkscrew in bedroom. Also a pair of binoculars in our sea view room. Bed really large a nd comfortable. Mini fridge provided and ample tea/coffee ingredients plus drinking chocolate.

Shower left a bit to be desired as not a great pressure and the shower head wouldn't stay in a position to allow the water to project out over you. Also the traffic a bit noisy at night but you have to accept that with a sea view and the coast road at the front. If cooler and windows closed wouldn't have mattered.

it was spotlessly clean and well equipped. Jo couldn’t have been a better host and was warm and welcoming the breakfasts were huge and delicious with a wide range on offer. great location about 10 mins walk from centre of prom and wonderful views over the bay. large car park at the back. fabulous value for money.

nothing really. rooms are small and up typical b&b staircase so not really accessible if you have mobility problems. this didn’t affect us but be aware. similarly not equipped for dogs.

The staff when serving our breakfast was brilliant, also when I went to bed it exceed my expectation, because it was nice and big room. The food was very good. Plus I will obviosuly go back there.

Joanne the host was very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast choice and quality was exceptional, with large portions. Room was clean, beds were comfy. large shower. Room included fridge, toiletries and large fluffy towels. Although room 3 didn't have a sea view, you could sit outside the front, opposite the promenade.
