Good value with most of the amenities needed for a stay. Good view of lake from small balcony.
Parking was a nightmare. None available at property and difficult to get on street. Property is best for those without a car.

The apartment is very close to the train station and it has a good size.
Wifi works quite well and the shower had a good pressure.
I got a ground floor room which was basic and a bit in need of updating. No lake view for me.
The furniture was outdated and bits and pieces around the place were broken.
I was there for 2 night so I wasn't too bother about that.
The curtains are really light so when the sun rises there is a bit too much light for my taste.

The room was clean and tidy. All kitchen utensils were provided so we could cook our own food. Bathroom also very clean. The view from the window was beautiful and the location was very good. Overall very happy with our stay and would recommend especially for this price.
The standing and bedside lamps were not working but I am unsure whether we just didn’t know how to switch them on.

Location and space were good. Check in and comms were also good.
There was no parking, and nothing in the communications to say so. Apparently you can book parking. It was available for me, but as I checked in on a Friday evening there was no one available to provide the remote needed to access. The kitchen was poorly equipped, with no cooking utensils like a wooden spoon and no toaster or grill. Although listed on the inventory there was no hairdryer and one was not provided despite being promised after a phone call. The shower screen was totally inadequate and the angle of the shower head meant the floor got soaked every time the shower was used.

the bed on 105 is broken. The boards supporting the mattress easily dislocate. at least two of the lights were also not working.

Wonderful location, very close to the train station and yet not loud, as slightly hidden in a quiet apartment complex. The view was absolutely stunning - whether from the balcony or from the room windows. Enough coffee places right next to the apartment, especially an absolutely unique ice cream shop with a history of family artisans called Loom that offers a mind blowing variety of flavours such as sakura, bergamot, yuzu, black sesame and many others.
The costumer service was very quick and very helpful - we asked if an earlier check in was possible and in no time we had the confirmation that it had been made possible.
Unfortunately the coffee machine plug didn’t work with most of the the sockets, except for one that forced us to make the coffee on the floor, under the TV (which had to be unplugged each time so that the other plug could be used). Maybe not every room has that problem but ours did. (Obviously coffee can usually be bought from the nearby cafés too but we were there during the Easter weekend when nearly everything was closed). Also, don’t expect any condiments to be available - there’s no oil or vinegar, not even salt or pepper.

- there was a mobile heater, which smelled awful when turned on.
- 3 night stay with one set of towels for two people.

- Clean and in good state.
- Checking in and out is easy.
- Very nice view on the lake and mountains.
- Too warm inside the apartment. We had to open the window all night long, because the central heating cannot be controlled from the room. In March this is a pity and a big waste of energy.
- The kitchen is not equipped with basic items such as salt and oil, which would make the apartment perfect for a stay of a couple of days.

Stealing, not thrust worthy and giving your personal data to third parts, whom they decline to say who is.
We, my boyfriend and I had an unforgettable experience with Visionsapartments, and it was not one of the good parts.
It all started when we had booked the place. They then started to ask us, for our personal data. They wanted this to be send over the net. We had naturally our worries with this part. We contacted a friend of ours, who is a lawyer that specializes in the GDPR law registration. After the talk with him, we were advised not to send our passport over the net - an item vision apartment kept asking for. This we declined. They send us their 23 pages long guideline, to calm us. It just got us more worried. In this it stated that they were allowed to sell/give our data to third part (which they are not, due to the EU GDPR laws). They responded to us, that they didn’t need to follow this law, since the apartments are in Switzerland. But since the company are run from Poland, they are working under EU law, as our lawyer also confirmed.
After some writing back and fourth, we said that we would be more then willing to show this document offline. This they accepted. But suddenly other id like drivers license were accepted. So we send that online instead. They accepted that part.
All good, we arrived to the apartment, where they requested, that we as guest should count literally every single spoon and all that there was in the apartment. otherwise we would be extra charged for missing items!!! so we did, very tired after a long trip, late evening…No trace of any hospitality here.
The next morning we are going out and are coming back at 9 PM. ONLY to discover that our code for our rooms didn’t work. Us out of power on the phones, with no roaming are then going back to a local bar, where we were lucky enough to get some power.

We really enjoyed our stay in lausanne. Perfect location. It was very clean and could not ask for more as everything was provided. Would have scored 10 but because of the underfloor heating it was too warm throughout the night. But other than that I cannot fault it. Thank you 🇨🇭😍

I had a nice stay , was everything clean , location it’s pretty good, and staff was friendly.
internet connection was a bit slow in my apartment and mattress was uncomfortable, I think worth buying a new one 😅

Nice short to mid term stay apartments, decently equipped kitchen. Clear and responsive communication.
I did not find a way to regulate temperature in my apartment. Also the garage is a pure hell. Places are small, even a smallish car like Volvo S40 fits in so tightly that you might need to get out through trunk and there are so many columns to make any sort of maneuvering hard. I have driven from Prague to Tbilisi, Yerevan and then back, but I do not remember coming even remotely close to this in terms of parking pain anywhere.

I booked the appartment and I was working all day long. So I didnt have time to check my emails. Apparently, I had to send them a picture of my ID card. But I didnt know that and so when I was in front of the appartment I couldnt enter. It was 10pm and freezing cold. So I had to contact them via phone which had almost zero battery. And instead of just opening the door to the appartment block so I was at least inside the building I had to wait outside and charge my phone (which run out of battery after my call) with my laptop to be able to send them a picture of my ID.
Also in the appartment was a small kitchen next to the bed. And there was a microwave which showed you the time, all night long and super bright. Sorry, who build this!!!!

Room was clean and everything ready at arrival
The access code was shared 1 day before arrival which was very convenient. And it was the same code for the main door and the room.
The room is very well furnished, with a small kitchen (even an oven) and kitchen tools, plates,...
Insulation is quite poor and I could hear my neighbors.
The equipment (fridge for example) is often making some loud noise
It was missing light at night in the room, in the main room, there were only side lights and not very bright ones

It was very hot inside. we needed to have the window open to allow some fresh cool air in.
