Very nice apartment. Everything is branding new.

Need a power line extension to plug the boiler in the kitchen. I have to use the plug from the toilet.

The place is few kilometers from the highway and even if not really near the center of Erlangen it is well served with public transport and with grocery stores. The single room I booked had everything you need to live comfortably. Super is the internal parking at a reasonable price. I would recommend 100%.

I suggest to put in the house some informations about garbage management and I would have enjoyed having nonstick pan (that's just one of my personal preferences).

Room cleaning should be done at least every week as complimentary.

Room 504 was great. Location was good too. Close to Aldi and Bakeries. It was nice to have a balcony and to have a small kitchen. It was also in walking distance to downtown.

The rooms were very hot. At 504 we could leave the window open at night and it was somewhat okay with the fan we borrowed. However, 507 was much smaller (even though we paid for two normal suites - not a junior suite) and looked like a junior suite. Also 507 had windows towards the main balcony only (which could be accessed from other rooms), and you could not leave it open. So it was very very hot in the room. Additionally the wifi was going in and out at night.
