Peaceful area

One of the staff members during breakfast rudely ask my partner when he tried to serve himself food if he was a guest at the hotel.

Amazing staff, awesome location with the greatest beaches in close vicinity (15 minutes by car), incredibly delicious breakfasts (I’ve never eaten anything so good before in the hotels). Simply a great place which we’ll be missing and of course will get back to multiple times in the future!

Hotel ground was amazing!

AC turned off although it was 29 degrees outside. This changed in two days as we made a complaint. Staff very accommodating, after a small nudge in the right correction.

The property was very stunning, a rural country/farmhouse style. the attention to detail is beautiful and it’s in a much quieter village which we enjoyed. tip: you must hire a car to do ANYTHING on the island as it’s a deceivingly big island with not many transport options and taxis are a fortune. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The vibe was a typical retreat feel, relaxing and calm throughout. overall the location was great & next to some of the most beautiful beaches, also not too much of a drive from deia which is a scenic route. we would return here.

should be adults only, wasn’t all that relaxing around the pool due to this. The breakfast wasn’t that enjoyable for no other reason than it wasn’t to our taste & coffee wasn’t great. we would have ate here on the night but food options were minimal. I understand it’s a vegetarian menu only to which we only eat vegetarian meals anyway, but there could have been a lot more option here. we also felt a lot more could have been offered to us considering the value of our stay. such as complimentary bottled water on arrival and leaving. touches like this should be a standard at higher end residences.

Amazing breakfast with freshly baked bread, lots of choices everything fresh and healthy. Super nice and smiley staff. The garden and pool area are just stunning, there are lots of spaces to sit outside. Everything is well thought through so that people of every age can enjoy the space.
