Close to the beach, beach items left for others use. Apartment really spacious and airy.

The light and noise from the courtyard kept me awake until 1.30am a couple of Times and with no air con (well, for €90 extra!!) need to keep windows open. A lot of extra charges for standard things like bed linen, microwave.

They tried to rip us off on every occasion. In the first place - the hidden prices. the price you initially see in booking is not the final price, as you will be informed shortly that you have to pay additionally for bed linen, AC (and it quite hot, you really need it), wifi and others. Soap or shampoo not provided, one roll of toilet paper for 4 persons… Secondly, They block a 150 euro deposit on credit card and a few hours after we left they sent us messages (all 3 apparetments booked for our group) with various false pretences to keep the deposit - dirty wall, unsorted garbage, while we actually made efforts to leave everything in good order. eventually they returned the deposit money, but they ruined our holidays and left us with a regretable experience.

Location was great but noisy

Close to the beach. Children activities nearby, good restaurant all around. Area not overcrowdy.

The appartment was just above the restaurant. The room for our baby was facing morning noise from the restaurant activities (glasses bottles etc).

The apartments are nicely furnished. The equipment is modern. In general, the apartment complex is well situated, in walking distance to the sea. There are a few restaurants close by, rather high price for value, but it is okay. There is a nice ambiance.

For the price we paid, there were too many things which were not working in the apartment (kitchen stove, Wifi, TV, washing machine) and no one responsible to talk to. We were there for four nights. The stove was repaired in the evening of the second day. We could not even make hot water for our 3-month old baby. We met the owner the first time on the third day: The washing machine was fixed (thank you), but at the same time we were asked to pay additional fees - e.g. 25 Euros for Wifi for one device or 90 Euros "additional" cleaning fees (in the end none of it was charged and we paid what was agree through booking!). The TV worked once for 10 minutes but didn't otherwise. The owner should make sure that "additional" fees are included in the price and charged automatically on the credit card from the beginning. This would avoid any discussions. If things really go wrong - which can happen, be ready to give a discount.

A perfect vacation for us. The appartment was very comfortable with a big terrasse and a nice view to the Piazza Italia. The beaches are very close and there are a lot of possibilities to buy necessary things in small stores or the supermarkets also near to the appartment. Maurizio is a super and very friendly and helpful host with many good suggestions. We will come again.
