The location of this place was really good, very close to the touristic attractions, easy to access and to be found.

I disliked that the building does not have an elevator. It is tough to carry all the luggage up to the 5th floor.

It was big and the location was right in the center of Florence. It has everything that you need in the kitchen, 2 bathrooms, very clean.

The windows have a poor isolation, from the bedroom is ok lets say, but from the kitchen / living room, awful, you could hear people speaking on the street like they were with you in the room, and dispite of its looks, Florence is not a quite city over night, especially in the center... The photos of the room is in their advantage a bit, the furniture and everything felt quite old.

the heating didn’t function very well, but the owner of the apartment could kindly brought us some blankets. It is important to know that it is in the third floor and there is no elevator, we had to got up all our luggage by stairs.

Location was fantastic. Close to the duomo, lots of restaurants. Space was awesome. Plenty of room for a family.

I liked the room size, it was spacious and the two bathrooms are convenient for a family. The air conditioning worked great, not the typical European AC that blows your head off if you are under it. The location is fenomenal, located centrally between the Duomo, the Uffizi and the Bargello. All were within a few minutes walk and the area had a few good restaurants. The wi-fi worked great.

I thought amenities could be better like a better equipped kitchen (coffee-maker and basic spices), soaps, toilet paper, kitchen mop etc. also, while the apartment was very clean, the sofa mattress was very dirty once we opened it to make the bed. This should have been checked. Also, this is not the owner’s fault but every morning at 6.30 am the workers would start running power tools, then stop promptly at 7 am. The building is currently under scaffolding.

The apartment’s location is incredible - right in the middle of the old town, no more than 10 mins away from most places of interest. Our favorite part, however, was how comfortable and spacious the suite is - the photos don’t do it justice!

location was perfect and very comfy house in historical building, high ceiling, you can find everything what you need like washing machine, iron , dryer, umbrella i hope we can visit again.
