This Gallery House is excellent, near the city center. Everything was clean and rooms were spacious and comfortable. We also enjoyed our free coffee in the morning.

Great location a little hard to find sat nav brings you to front of Gallery House and is a one way system so after walking and finding property managed to get to it and it was a relief that there is parking outside the top apartment. Make sure to check out how to get to the centre as once you find the escalators it is really easy to navigate. The apartment has everything you need and it is so well designed. Really lovely haven in a great location to explore Perugia.

Instructions on how to get to the apartment on one way system would have been really helpful, also instructions on how to use the air con and washing machine. Host did not always reply to messages directly from us but worked out well in the end. My partner and I are tall so if you are tall and staying in bottom apartment mind your head in the morning as the mezzanine bedroom is lovely but ceiling very low. It is not an accessible location or house for anyone with a disability or if you are not able to do a lot of walking.

Very new and modern accommodation. Comfy bed, essential air-conditioning and great shower. Once we discovered the escalators to get up to the old town we were set.

Main picture shown on Booking does not match the actual flat we had. But it was fine. Instructions for getting into the flat did not really work. The "press the red button" instruction is not accurately described. One thinks it is visible from the outside, whilst you need to find it by trial an error, on the inside of the gate. A picture should help.

Great location for getting quickly into the centre but quiet at night. Lovely apartment. Very stylish. Nicely furnished with plenty of space for belongings. Coffee and tea facilities excellent! Nice to have a kitchen and be able to cook and then eat at a table.

The bedroom ceiling - even at 161cm high I had to bed down and kept banging my head. Washing machine info would have been helpful and no sponge with which to wash up but very minor comments. We were very comfortable.

The location is great, just a ten minute walk from the center. The apartment has most things you need especially for a longer stay and is very comfortable. The separate areas allow you also to work-big imbedded desk- if need be. There’s plenty of space to do different things, so you feel at home.Also, the staff and Chiara were very friendly and helpful.

The bathroom coincides with the shower. Above the bed there is a very low cieling and it is unconfortable to get in and out of the bed which is also very hard with a very thin matrass. Was difficult to find the apartment and the help of the locator was minimal only by phone and WhatsApp. The price was high.

super location, very clean and nice apartment

A unique idea to introduce contemporary art in real life setting - real paintings decorated the apartment, which is a special treat! Self-check in is easy once you find out how to do it, you will recieve a video explaining everything. Very good location, we chose it to be super close to Umbria Jazz festival venue. Two bathrooms, two bedrooms, lots of storage space, dishwasher, washing machine, huge TV, one in each room - kitchen cabinette is very handy, a pity we only stayed one night :-).

It's a bit tricky to unload the car if you have several luggages because not easy to park the car near the entrance but it is possible to manage, and host is very helpful guiding you if you're having difficulties.

It is only 10 min to the city center and by escalators, very convenient, it is a functional apartment with all you could need, including a washing machine!!! Thanks
