We really enjoyed our stay in a 2 bedroom Villa. Herman and his crew did everything possible to ensure we were happy in our villa and we really appreciate all their efforts for us. Thank you guys! The villa was so nicely presented when we arrived and very attractive. The spacious open plan living/kitchen/dining area is fabulous with a large dining table, lounge furnishings, a large smart tv with internet access, a full sized fridge freezer and limited cooking and eating equipment. There are lovely wide glass doors which open to the under cover 'pavillion' with outdoor couch and a cane swing seat, and the pool. We enjoyed the pool which was clean enough. There are also 2 comfortable sun loungers. The 2 spacious bedrooms both had excellent air conditioning units and ensuite bathrooms and there was another toilet in the kitchen/living/dining area as well. The whole villa and courtyard was very spacious. The villas are about a 6-7 minute walk along to the main road (restaurants etc) and a total of 15 mins or so into the main heart of Kuta itself. It's a peaceful location and a lovely walk in and out in the evening, though a bit of a hot walk in the heat of the day. Yes, we would definitely stay again.

If anything isn't to your satisfaction, just talk to Herman and he get's it sorted pronto. The electricity going off at any odd hour and needing one of the crew to come into the villa and reset something was annoying. But again, speak up and the guys will sort it right away, even at 2am when your air conditioning has stopped working due to no power. :-)

Lovely local location for exploring and resting - family friendly and staff were nice - responsive when needed.

Maintenance is required in the villa - a little tired. the electricity was maintained on a meter system which cut out twice overnight - and needed staff to add credit when asked. We woke up to no power 2 days in a row - the staff need to keep on top of this to improve the experience.

Great layout. Spacious. Outdoor area and pool were superb. Hot and cold water dispenser was ideal. Plenty of kitchen utensils and cutlery. Good size bedroom and bathrooms. Close to Laundry service.

Better signage to show driveway to Villas. Curtains to shut-out afternoon sun and/or air-conditioning in Lounge/TV area. Change the kettle - it took 'ages' to boil. More tea towels and paper towels. Neighbor's howling dog and roosters woke us too early.

Great location if you have a scooter to get to the awesome restaurants/cafes close by as well as the beach. Staff were really attentive and bedrooms were a really nice big size.

The property is quite run down. The kitchen was very old and I didn’t feel comfortable cooking in it. Also bathrooms although sufficed were very run down.

Loved the villa, bedrooms great, air-conditioners in bedrooms, pool great, Decor beautiful and plenty of towels which was great. Welcome pack on arrival was great. Would definitely recommend 👍😁

The only thing I would suggest having ceiling fans instead of small wall fans in living and sitting areas as there would be better airflow when it's hot.

In general the villa has a nice setup with the kitchen and living/ dining, the two bedrooms and the pool. They provide free water, sun screen, apres sun and mosquito spray (that you need a lot).

The kitchen and the bathrooms already look a bit run down, rusty and the kitchen was not really clean. Also our living/ dining room did not have a/c although our friends villa had one. Location is not ideal with smaller kids and a bit far to walk to city center.
