Breakfast was very best we had last time in a BB. Best location close to centre and beach

The breakfast was superb, and Thomasina (who prepared the breakfast) was lovely to interact with. The owner also was very responsive and helpful. The shower was large and had plenty of hot water and good water pressure. The location is excellent, right across from the cathedral, but the square is not noisy at night and going to sleep was no problem. Lots of great restaurants in the area. The rooms were cleaned daily. The palazzo that the suite is in is very impressive, and there are wonderful ancient pieces of furniture in the rooms. The AC worked well.

For me the bed was too hard and I found it uncomfortable, but that may just be a personal preference - for others perhaps it would be just right. Everything else was great.

location is second to none, the property is a stunning old building right in the historic centre. there are 4 small flights of stairs up to the rooms though which should be noted, and the bells directly opposite chime every morning at 7am. lovely but loud

pasta workshop one day, and wedding crew (some bride and 10+ of her friends) preparing for the big day in our common room the other day. All we didn't know it was going to happen - no chance to sit outside the room, plus we felt like people who are disturbing, although we were paying guests. A heads up would have been nice.

The apartment was incredibly spacious and the breakfast provided was nice. There were some wifi connectivity issues at times but not a huge issue. The location was good - about a 13 minute walk from the train and very close to the beach. Be prepared to climb a lot of stairs for beach access. Alternatively, you can take a tuktuk. Lovely place to stay overall.

The hotel is situated very centrally, close to the cathedral, making it an ideal starting point to visit both the historic centre and to access the beach/harbour area. The breakfast was plentiful and of excellent quality, the staff very friendly and accomodating to our every need and also provided useful information on tours, restaurants etc. The pasta class is highly recommended too. Overall a perfect location to spend a few days in Tropea and very good value for money.

Absolutely fantastic apartments right on the opposite of the Duomo! The historic flat is furnished very tastefully and the family rooms that we had was very large for us as a couple. The owner Alessandro is incredibly helpful and friendly, and the lady serving breakfast is very sweet too. When coming back to Tropea we would definitely come here again.

Alessandro was incredibly helpful in organising us a spot in his underground parking, which was incredibly safe. However we originally didn’t count with the extra 15€ per night.

What a beautiful B&B! Alessandro met us on arrival and was very helpful and sweet. The location was perfect - 5 minute walk to two beaches and a few minutes from central town / viewpoints. Quiet area and the room / shared areas were great. Beautiful high ceilings and furniture - we had the junior suite which had a lovely view of the duomo and a recently renovated bathroom which was 👌. We had breakfast made for us every morning which was delicious - sweet or savoury options, fresh croissants, fresh coffee and fruit. Can’t recommend this place enough! Only watch out is the Duomo rings their bells in the morning - 7am & 7.30am a d occasionally 7.45am too, so worth wearing earplugs if you’re a light sleeper / like to sleep in. It’s very quiet outside of this though. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay!

The beds were quite hard and an extra set of pillows would have been nice. The ones we had were very flat.

Sometime the bathroom smell would be present. But quickly disappeared after opening the window

Amazing rooms! we stayed in two out of the three and they were both amazing. Breakfast served by Tommasina was also great, there were every day something new on the table.

The pillows were not as soft as we’re used to, but its better than standard italian!!

Location is heart of old town. rooms are big and clean. Breakfast typical Italian. Quite ok. Recommend this place. Owner is helpful.

Parking is far but is acceptable because b&b is in old town. Parking is 30e for 2 nights

Suitcases need to be transferred from the garage, about 5 minutes, but this is a tax for an absolute center

It's an exceptional building with a great location, right next to the Duomo and very beautiful, classy furniture.

A truly beautiful property directly opposite the cathedral right in the heart of lovely Tropea but on a quiet side street, just a few metres from the main pedestrian thoroughfare. Authentic and very stylish interior. Alessandro is a great host and Chiara was very friendly and made us a wonderful breakfast each morning. We loved staying here and will definitely return.
