The property is Just on the main road, very easy access to transportation

As it gets cold, we recommend the owner to place a flooring mat at the property

Nice place no disturbance

No tea or food option

1. The owner was a very polite and good natured person trying to help us in all sorts. 2. The cozy mattress and the blankets (though i was not sure if those were washed after the last guest left) 3. The serene surroundings where there is zero disturbance

First things first 1. Risky parking (its like parking at owner's risk) though the owner says there are 10 guards in the area (happened to see none of them) 2. The cleanliness in the room is good but the lobby is messy due to an adjacent construction that is in progress. 3. Drinking water. I realized the fact that we were given drinking water straight from a tap in the kitchen which is located on the terrace. 4. No housekeeping done for two nights. Guests need not have to ask for housekeeping isnt it? 5. As per the policy defined in booking.com, the first day's rent only be taken immediately after check-in. But we were asked to pay the full fare leaving us no chance of vacating after the first day. 6. No wifi and believe me, if you are using any network other than jio or bsnl, u will not be reachable inside the room. Dead network. Hold ur phone high and pop-in to the lobby for network.

Mainly the service...especially the owner and his son were so friendly...they were so much caring and helpful

The room was so rigid ...no proper place to sit and eat food...only beds are available...also location is not preferable....the room looks like very old...but their service overcome everything ...eventhough i paid around906rs per day ...i think it is so much high for this room...if it is 500 or maximum up to 600Rs okie...not preferable for family...for batchlors okie
