Light wouldn’t turn on in first bedroom and the mattress in the first room tends to roll you towards the middle.

The location of the property is great. Easy walking distance to beach, shops, cafes.
The property is well equiped and very spacious. Comfortable beds, clean linens and towels provided.
Perfect beach house for a family. Securely fenced back yard for dogs. Excellent reverse-cycle heating and cooling, ceiling fans, etc.
The back deck needs roofing to keep outdoor furniture dry and usable. Or something to keep the outdoor cushions dry as they were soaked through and unusable for the duration.
The cleaning of the main areas, kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms was spotless but other things had not been cleaned like coffee tables, bookshelves, drawers and cupboards.

The location is amazing, close to local super markets, beach and lots of restaurant options around. The breakfast was provided but simple, would be great to have more options like bread or yogurt, etc.

Very cosy house. Great for a group of friends. And a great bunk room for kids with a big toy box full of good quality toys.

A very lovely home to stay for the long weekend with my family. The host was very considerate and has provided a big box of toys and books so my child has been busy playing with them. The house was spacious and the bathroom was newly renovated. The balcony and the seats outdoor were perfect for a warm afternoon to enjoy the birds singing and some sunlights. Very short distance to driver to the Rosebud centre and the Rosebud pier.
Nothing to dislike. It will be good to have some rubbish bags in the kitchen to replace every night.
