Great location,excellent directions .The accomadation was warm ,comfortable,spotlessly clean.Very quiet, relaxed a nd well equipped .Close to beach and coastal walks.

Well what can i say from the beds to the view it was perfect. Comfortable clean and well facilitated amazing host who is willing to help at the drop of a hat. Many thanks

The only real issue was the patio door which is due to be repaired. It was difficult at first but ypu get the hang of it

Dave was an excellent host, the apartment was all ready for us even though we arrived much earlier than we had previously stated. Dave gave us lots of information which helped us make the most of our stay. The apartment is very spacious, with an excellent view, and is only a two minute walk from the beach!

Some facilities were slightly hard to use, but Dave stated these were going to be fixed before the busy Summer season, and he sent us detailed information on how to use them so it did not negatively affect the stay at all.

Brilliant host! Brilliant view. The apartment was lovely and clean and everything we needed. Couldn't have asked for anything better. There was tea and coffee there too! Very quick to message back. Nothing was too much trouble. 10000% would stay again. Over and over. The price is so low for thw whole stay!

Shampoo and body wash would have been nice but that being said I would still stay without it.

Great little flat, was basic but clean, warm and everything you need. Great location to Fistral Beach. Host was very helpful in replying. Seeing it was a flat, it's really quiet, no noise from neighbours, which was great for sleeping kids. Good Internet connection.

Needs a little TLC. The back door was quite difficult to use and did let the wind through. The bathroom could do with updating as the shower was stiff and was a bit of mould. The hosts could do with reviewing cutlery and bowls as there isn't enough for 4 people.

The property was clean comfortable with a bonus sea view. Dave the host was fantastic and provided excellent communication prior to arrival and throughout stay.

It was my first experience with booking.com. All was fully instructed and understandably. Apartment was as described. Great location for holiday.Health and safe . Super cozy and comfy beds . Host always was in touch for any help.

Pets hair . But it was my fault, as didn’t take attention about pets during of search . This property was pets friendly.

Property was clean and perfect size for us as a couple. Had everything we needed and was nice to walk straight over the road and to the beach.

Didn’t realise a lot of the adjoining apartments were residential when booking and our neighbour was partial to smoking weed of an evening……wasn’t a major issue but the smell just overwhelmed the flat at times. Also, bedroom doesn’t have a door which was difficult with dogs and the no furniture rules.

The location, the views, dog-friendly, nice and modern open plan layout.

Just as a personal preference we like a firm mattress and we found the mattresses very soft.

Location is amazing. Quiet neighbourhood.

The location was perfect. Really close to the sea, only a walk through the garden. It was extremely comfortable and had everything on hand that we would need for our stay. Communication with the owner was helpful too.

Easy access to good walks starting from property. Good sofa. Kitchen good.

Two white plastic containers were dirty as was the oven glove. No bread bin, no egg cups. Nowhere to put things in bathroom, a cabinet or another shelf would have been helpful there.
