The apartment house is 5 minutes walk from the city centre and the port. The apartment is well equipped and quiet as described. The bed is very comfortable. The photos give a realistic impression of the spaciousness and atmosphere of the apartment. There is a café and bakery at the bottom of the house, where delicious pastries are available for purchase and consumption. There are also several supermarkets within a five minute walk. Oleg is a super host, he was flexible with the check-in time and always answered any questions we had immediately.

The shower was a bit uncomfortable to use because the hand shower cannot be fixed at any height and the small glass wall made the floor very wet.

The whole apartment felt very spacious, particularly the living area and the bathroom. The kitchen was well equipped and the bedroom was very nice. The balcony was also enjoyable, even though the view wasn't particularly special. The apartment is very quiet, we heard pretty much no noise from any other apartments or from the busy road nearby.

The bedroom did get quite warm, which the air conditioning struggled to help with (this was in May during some very sunny weather).

Apartment was very clean and safe, There was good to be 3 days, and pleasant living areas were great! As well as a fully equipped kitchen and washing machine.

Perfect location and perfect value for money

what a fabulous apartment so close to the old town and a French bakery at the bottom of the apartment. The parking was fantastic underneath the apartment. what more could you ask for it was so convenient, and nicely decorated.

One of the best places to rest in Tallinn. New renovation in modern style. There was enough heat in the house. 8-10 minutes by foot to the old town. Better to rent an apartment outside the old city. The price is relatively low. I recommend it.

There is no extractor in the bathroom. It would be nice to buy a new kettle for boiling water. The fire alarm went off at night.

The location is great - not far from the old city centre and also close to places like Rotermanni and Telliskivi - the place we enjoyed so much! The apartment was cosy, warm, spacious and well designed - so far the best stay in Tallinn.

At first it was a bit hard to find entrance from parking lot side, but once we found the Pavlova cafe (must-visit place too!), it was easy to find the apartment too.
