The service was beyond great, the lady at the reception helped us with everything we needed. The location was also great, a kilometer walk to Rougon (uphill) and just at the start of the Verdon Gorge hike.

The terrece of the restaurant has a magnificent view. The room was clean and beautiful. The room opens to a wonderful terrace where you get scenic views, and can go sunbathing. The host and staff were all very friendly and nice. Magnificent location. The dinner in the restaurant was superb - really interesting and tasty dishes!

The room had kind instructions to be mindful about water and using it sparingly, which made me a little nervous about using the shower 🤭 But this is very understandable at this altitude and with these scarce rains.

This hotel located at magnificent view point. When I woke up, I could see breathtaking view of Verdon Gorge. And reception was kind and warm, even in the late check in. Most recommended hotel in Verdon Gorge!

It was very hot this year all over France even on the mountains.Wish it was fan.I think normal year it will not be a problem.Any way it is not complaine just wish.

The hotel is located perfectly near the mouth of the Gorges du Verdon. Also only a short, uphill hike to the cute village of Rougon. Staff is extremely helpful and professional, even arranging a taxi service to take our packs from there to our next hotel so we could hike the Gorge without heavy packs. Restaurant also very good.

A couple of spiders in room, that's about it. Like every place in Europe I wish there were screen windows since there is no AC.

A very friendly staff in a hotel that is perfectly situated for hiking the famous Blanc-Martel route. You can take a bus or taxi from the hotel to go the starting point and the hotel is the end point. The hotel also offers lunchboxes if you aim to hike. The room was basic but everything was fine and clean.

Perfect location for viewpoints and hiking. Excellent terrace restaurant with very friendly service to guests. Ample parking.

No wall mounting for shower head, no shower curtain, no air conditioning, limited Wifi (to be expected in a remote location), noise from restaurant during the day, easy to hear neighbours through thin walls, a few spider friends (to be expected in a rural location)
