Booked online thought it was main property.

The suite we stayed in was very nice. We were in the Retreat which was quiet for us. We did go to the Resort to check everything out but it was nice to head back to the Retreat. It was an enjoyable stay!

Beautiful location on Lake Wallenpaupack.

We booked a king suite with a porch. When we arrived we were shocked to find out the room was above an outside bar with two speakers attached to the floor of our porch. The music played ALL DAY LONG into the night. We couldn’t enjoy the deck because the music was so loud and inside the room all you heard was the thump of the music. Our room was shabby at best, nothing like shone in the photo. The carpet was worn, the dresser had water stains on it. The window shade was stained. We paid almost $900 for two nights to listen to bad music and stay in a dismal room. One positive was the room was clean and had adequate towels.

great room with wonderful vibe throughout the property. Staff are awesome. only complaint would be to have the fire pits controlled by guests to enjoy after 9pm.

The main hotel is nice and well located. We were sent to an apartment complex 6 miles from the hotel without any amenities, as indicated in the booking hotel shown in the booking reservation. That said, a bar in the pool/balcony/patio area served decent drinks and food. The lake view was stunning.

We were sent to a location 6 miles away from the hotel, which didn't allow us to enjoy the hotel amenities as we were expecting. The apartment was falling apart - serious upkeep required. The pool for kids was very cold. My daughter couldn't stand it for more than a few minutes. The adult one was kept at a perfect temperature. The manager gave us some weak excuses. Many were complaining about this situation, but no action was taken. The staff treated us well, except for the manager at the time, who had the poor touch to deal with issues we brought up.

I walked in and peeked into the common space as I was at reception, it was cozy and charming. We were tired from driving from North Carolina to Cape Cod and asked Siri for a hotel near us. Silver Birches showed up 12 miles from there and it was on the water so we drove there. Colleen greeted us and then poured us a glass of champagne and lit a fire outside for us and even delivered our breakfast to our room because we were leaving early to continue driving. She gave us Room #5 right on the water with the best view. We ate at the restaurant a short walk from the room that is part of the resort and had a nice meal. Everyone was so friendly. We were blessed with a beautiful sunset. We enjoyed every second of our stay. I think we are going to stay there every time we do our 14 hour drive.

fun long weekend trip from NY, only a 3 hours drive. sunsets were beautiful on the lake. The restaurant served fantastic food and good drinks
