We have travelled to many places in Scotland, and usually, I'd be saying how fantastic everything was. However, as a scot travelling with extended family I was really embarrassed at the lack of hospitality in this place. I'm used to their being a welcome pack left, i.e., milk teabags coffee etc just so you can settle in when you arrive. Some places we have visited have even left us a little loaf and butter portions, but here there was nothing. Not even a tea towel for the dishes. Even information about the nearest shops would be good. The bins haven't been emptied, and the only bin in the house is in the kitchen. When there should be one in the bathroom, too. Having worked in serviced apartments myself, I would have expected to see a tea towel clean scourer and full washing up liquid in kitchen. You also have places like walkers on your doorstep. Surely a packet of their biscuits to promote the area would have been possible? Information about local places to visit. It's a shame more thought hasn't gone in to these apartments. Also use something to clean the bottom of the shower screen it shouldn't look like that. I would have replaced the bin bag but you didn't leave any extra

Very clean, comfortable and well equipped kitchen. Good view of the park and a 10 minute walk into main street.

Garden could do with a tidy up and bins need to be emptied, schedule for bins on wall was not clear. Requires bigger and fluffier pillows.

Lack of cups and bowls- 4 beds but only 3 bowls and mugs for breakfast. We also expected to find hand soap and washing up liquid.

Park View exceeded all expectations. A fantastic property with a wonderful host. A perfect base to explore the Highlands.
