The property is close to everything you could want. its clean, comfortable and has everything you could need including a huge sun terrace. The owner is also super helpful and happy to help with anything.

Because you are so central its rather noisy and in particular at 8am EVERY MORNING the bins are collected from the street outside which woke us every day. There is also building work happening in the basement which is also noisy albeit they have Sunday off. I would also day that to anyone with children that the balcony wall is surprisingly low and perfect fot climbing, it gave me the willies...

We loved the location and the size of the balcony, where we got the sun all day. There was plenty of shops and resteraunts The apartment was a great size for the 4 of us and we had a great holiday. Thanks Lisa, we will be back x

The main TV set in the salon don’t function. It was only for decorating. The lights in terrace are not right and the security in that place is not ok, the bench is short. The cleaning is not good, etc.

Close to everything and has all the facilities you need for a great stay. Fabulous roof terrace.

Well situated, modern & roomy.

We were treated as ungrateful children who needed to be taught, rather than paying customers. 1. Several broken things around the appartment: chairs, handles, sunbed, ants in kitchen, dishwasher (which was eventually replaced). 2. Management neglected to warn us about a noisy and obstructing renovation in the hallway with drilling and other noise for 3 days straight as well as wet concrete blocking us from leaving until we got someone's attention to build a bridge. 3. No apology or understanding from the host. 4. We asked for a reasonably discount for this (20%) and were forced to choose between writing a good review and receiving a discount or not getting a discount at all. We chose not to participate in this malpractice. I can spin a long story of my disappointing experience with the owners & managers of this property, yet I'll try to stick with the facts. I get angry about once ever 5 years. This property managed to get me to actually yell at them. Never before have I been maltreated as I have here. A simple apology and an 'I understand you' would've gone a long way. If you want to be treated as a paying customer, then stay away from here.

Just as described in the photos on arrival the appartment was spotlessly clean and very modern. Lisa the host was very friendly and helpful and met me on arrival. Originally I was looking to stay in a hotel but found this little gem and it really was amazing. Every utensil and piece or equipment was already in the appartment so you really didn’t need to buy anything. We ate out every night as there are so many nice restaurants near the location. I would say the location is perfect as it’s nice and quiet but as soon as you stumble out of the appartment and down the steps everything was near. Even if you didn’t fancy the short 3 minute trip to the beach you could laze about on the balcony on the sun beds. I traveled with a friend but would say this appartment would ideally suit couples, family’s or solo travelers. Looking forward to going back again and would definitely book this property again.
