nice rooms, friendly staff!

It was a pleasure to stay at this hotel, one of the nicest I've ever stayed at. The highlight of the hotel is the staff, who from start to finish were a pleasure to deal with. They were really helpful to us to arrange pick up, drop off, shuttles and tours and basically anything we needed they were there always with a smile and a friendly face. The room and facilities are top quality including a well equipped gym with air con and water available. We had breakfast lunch and dinner here and enjoyed the food a lot. The pool has a nice view of the mountains and a nice atmosphere in general.

Everyone was very helpful. The shuttle into the town centre was very useful.

The walls were a little thin which was a problem if you had noisy inconsiderate neighbours.

Great place with an amazing staff! Everyone does their utmost to make your stay to an amazing experience. Breakfast is great and the rooms are spacious and luxurious.

After having booked I called the hotel to ask, if it was possible to be picked up at the airport in Vientiane. I had the pleasure to tallk to Daryl and from the first moment I realised that he was knowledgeable, efficiant and reliable. He turned out to be a real treasure. Everything we asked for was organized perfectly: He advised us a certain company to do the balloon ride - and it was the best , he suggested the train to take to Luang Prabang and even managed to get the tickets and we remained very satisfied. Everything was just perfect. As we stayed there for New Years Eve we took part in the party at the pool and it was very nice. Even the manager Francis took care of us and treated us almost like beeing friends. Thank You for a beautiful stay!

hotel is a little way out from the center along a rough and unlit road, breakfast was good but wasn't impressed with the restaurant food in the evening.

The place is gorgeous! I advise everyone to stay in this wonderful place!

While the location is slightly out of town it is not too far to walk. The view is beautiful and the swimming pool is large and beautiful. The service from the front desk was very responsive and helpful. Breakfast buffet was wonderful.

The staff of all parties gave a very good reception. This trip, we feel very warm and personal❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️. We’re very impressed with the food, next time we’ll definitely stay again❤️

Nothing, it was perfect.

The hotel is newly opened in Jan 2020. Facilities are new and perfect. We can see the mountains and river from our balcony. Staffs are really nice with courteous manner. Selection of breakfast are nice, and the quality of amenities are good. Compare to others accommodations in Vangvieng, Tmark is one of the best.
