There is a lot of water damage , the place didn't feel or smell clean really . There were ants and it's about a 21-minute walk from the old center.

Perfect location - we had bikes with us which was very practical

The place is in a very good spot of Rouen. It is nice and comfy for tourists who want to spend few days in the city. The apartment is small but has almost everything you need; the place is quiet; public transport nearby and 10 min walk to the centre. Philippe is nice and replies quite fast to any questions regarding the apartment.
The apartment is generally clean but more effort can be done to some details for a 10/10 on cleaning. The apartment is in a building which is definitely not clean and well kept; it is old and rusty. Entering is not welcoming, however the apartment then is nice.

It was very cosy and there was everything what you need.
The location was good.
I had to clean the kettle. It needs to be cleaned the kalk very often.

Nice and beautiful apartment, owner is also very helpful and friendly, and even provided a new set of casseroles and pan.
The apartment is well furnished and you have all you need, big enough for one or 2 person, possibility for 4 with the convertible couch but then it might be a bit small or just for one or 2 nights, if longer you might feel uncomfortable hence no private space (all is in an open space. I really like the ambience.
Some small repairs need to be done (informed already the owner)
The shower is a bit small but it's OK

The apartment is in city center just 10 mins walk to the main sights of Rouen. It has all the facilities you could need for a short stay.

The apartment was perfect, the host was lovely and very responsive. There was coffee, tea, a bottle of water. The location was in walking distance to the town centre and the offsite parking was actually super close. We really enjoyed staying in the apartment.
We got instructions on how to get in and it said to open the gate with force to collect our key inside a box. We were not able to open the gate, even trying with two people, so I ended up knocking on someone else's window and asking them to open the gate for us which took some convincing as she of course didn't know who we were. I think if we contacted the host he would have helped us as well though as he was quite responsive to any messages, but we didn't want to wait an hour or so to get in.

Phillipe went above and beyond as a host. He went out of his way to come greet us and showed us the apartment and it’s features. Additionally, we got in a small bind locally where the people we were dealing with did not speak English, Phillipe came by and helped us by translating for us. The apartment is clean, modern with all amenities, fairly central located with access to public transportation and parking.

Location very close to all attraction of the city, very clean and well equiped, very confortable bed and the owner was a really nice person which helped us with information about the city.
