The Inn at South Harbor - Waterfront Condo : Sunrise and Sunset Views : Marina
Cet sud penthouse surplombant la Marina à Port Sud a à la fois un lever et le coucher vue. Cette unité était autrefois l'une des suites de l'Inn at Port Sud, un lit de 10 unités et le petit déjeuner. Entièrement rénové en 2011, ce condo est parfait pour le couple qui cherche à sortir de style pour une semaine ou week-end prolongé. Asseyez-vous sur votre terrasse et de compter les bateaux comme ils voyagent par sur la voie navigable Intercoastal. Cette unité a une entrée au rez de chaussée avec escalier intérieur jusqu'au deuxième étage. Fin unité pour plus d'intimité. PAS D'ANIMAUX. INTERDICTION DE FUMER.

We really enjoyed our stay! Everything we needed was provided. The location could not have been any better. Sitting on the deck, looking out over the water and the boats was so calming.
We appreciated the restaurant suggestions and visited most of them.
Highly recommend this property! We will reserve it again!

We greatly enjoyed our stay here. The location was beautiful off the marina. You aren’t too far from oak island and Southport so exploring the area was a blast. I will keep this place in mind for future getaways!

We loved everything about this property! It was clean, comfortable, and had a wonderful view and free live music from Rusty’s! We would sit out overlooking the marina and be able to hear the music in the evening. We also loved that it was about 10 minutes from Southport, Oak Island, and St James. This will be our spot every year until we are there full time!

Our stay did not disappoint! The condo was absolutely adorable! Perfect for our getaway. Nicole was very helpful and easy to communicate with! We had a great time and will be back!

A lovely condo with a marina waterway view! We enjoyed riding our boat in the ICW and spotted a few dolphins! Enjoyed dining at Oliver’s and Joseph’s Italian Bistro! We love staying at the very nice and clean condo! 🐬💦

This place was great! Reasonable daily price with a great view. The location was perfect. I made it one day sweating on the beach and was glad I booked this after changing to daily excursions. Carolina Beach, Topsail Beach, Wilmington, Southport, and Bald Head Island. The place was clean and comfortable. The only change I would make to save the furniture is coasters! Thank you.

A wonderful clean condo to rest and relax. Enjoyed the most beautiful sunsets overlooking the marina. There are two great restaurants within walking distance. Great communication with the owners. 😊

Very relaxing week. We enjoyed the view watching the boats come and go while having our morning coffee! Host was very responsive to requests. The condo was just as advertised and we highly recommended Joseph’s Italian restaurant right next door!!

Peaceful, fairly private location with a lovely view. Condo was clean and comfortable.
Some maintenance issues need attention. Perhaps management was not told from previous renters(?)
-a dozen protruding nails on deck we hammered down, only wire clothes hangers, no seat cover on toilet in half bathroom, rusted fridge panel, cracked microwave handle, light bulb hanging by a wire from ceiling fan.
We still enjoyed our stay and appreciate the use of the condo!

My wife and I needed a getaway and this place was perfect. Beautiful scenery off the deck overlooking the marina. The place was clean but if you are wondering why ‘only’ 4 stars on that and not 5, we are extremely particular and a perfect cleanliness score is about unheard of from us. So a 4 is very, very good on our scale!
Southport is a very short and convenient drive. Rusty Hook restaurant is in the same marina an an awesome atmosphere with good food. Joseph’s Italian is right there as well but we never made it. Next time.
Can’t go wrong by booking here and we are definitely going to return.

We have stayed twice at this property, i.e. in July and October, 2023. Absolutely love the condo and enjoy the view of the marina from the deck watching the boats come and go, Morning with coffee, and early evening having dinner and cocktails!! Two great restaurants steps away and short drive to the beaches nearby. Also a close drive to visit the beautiful town of Southport.
This condo is such a wonderful place to unwind and relax!! Look forward to visiting multiple times again next year. Thank for your hospitality!!

We just enjoyed our 3rd stay at this property and will plan to go back again. The rental is always very clean and nicely appointed which is a priority for us. The location and views are lovely and it's very quiet which is important for a relaxing vacation. The owners are responsive and communicated proactively and we appreciate all they do to make the experience in their rental such a pleasure!

This place is so lovely and lived up to our expectations. It’s in a great location—very close to Southport’s center and Caswell Beach. The view from the balcony over the marina is not to be missed. It’s also within walking distance of two restaurants. The grocery store and other shopping are minutes away. It’s clean and comfortable and has everything you need. We had a wonderful time and hope to stay again!

My husband and I stayed there this week. First beach trip in 30 years with kids, and it was perfect. We ate breakfast every morning on the patio overlooking the marina. The condo had everything we needed. It was a short, five minute drive to the beach, but far enough to be away from tourists. We would recommend this spot for any couple. Thank you for a lovely week.

This was our 2nd visit and we still love this place. Very close to both Southport and Oak Island/Caswell Beach. This time we brought along paddleboards and put in at Dutchman Creek Park nearby. Very relaxing, clean and beautifully decorated. The deck has an amazing view of the boats in the marina and we love sitting out there until late in the evening.
