The breakfast was a bit different than what I was expecting from a Japanese establishment, so I just ate the first morning.

Great location, extremely friendly staff, everyone spoke great English! Bed was really comfortable, amazing room in general

If you exclude the somewhat high price, which is a Kyoto thing, there is nothing bad about this hotel at all

Staff was really kind and helpful. The location of the hotel was also good 20 mn by walk from Kyoto station. Breakfast and cocktails were also so delicious. If we are coming to Kyoto again we will definitely stay with Imu Hotel Recommended 100%

Loved my stay here. The staff were friendly, breakfast was amazing, hotel was clean and perfect for my stay, bed was comfortable. Great location only a 25 minute walk from Kyoto station. Easy to get around from this location.

Great location, walking distance from subway and bus stations, as well as Gion and major attractions. Clean. Friendly staff. Happy hour with different kinds of sake to try every day. They also run events (like matcha or Japanese sweets making workshops). Little indoors playground for kids, board games. Comfortable beds. Nice design and comfortable lobby to wind down in the evening.

The room is very small. So if you're two people and have large luggages, consider getting a bigger room.

The staff are so helpful and friendly. Downstairs lobby is warm and inviting so there is often a nice buzz downstairs. This means you have the option to relax in your room or downstairs. Lovely food and drink on offer. Room was clean and cosy and the shower was nice and powerful.

La ubicación excelente, está a unos 20 minutos caminando de Kyoto Station pero hay un bus, el 50 que te deja al lado del hotel. Se puede ir andando a todos lados. El desayuno para mí muy abundante y la atención excelente. El hotel es super bonito y queda cerca del mercado y de la zona comercial. Me encantó. Súper recomendable!!!

The hotel was in a great location and the food and drink were delicious, but the staff were easily the best part. Happy to help, always there to greet you and genuinely knowledgeable about the area. The free sake and happy hour cocktails were a big bonus too 😊

We had a very nice stay there. The room is a bit small but clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and the staff are really kind and helpful.

Convenient location to metro and bus stop. Walking distance to major shops and combini. Only had breakfast while we stayed here, which was delicious, but they also serves other meals. Family friendly hotel.
