Para melhoria o mini pão francês servido no café da manhã precisa mudar o fornecedor. Os pães pareciam dormidos. Embora tem gente que gosta rsrsrs

Limpeza, colchas sujas com mto ácaro, e os vidros do quarto não permitiam enchera-se fora de tao sujos .. uma pena pois o hotel e mto bem localizado. O cafe da manhã tb deixa a desejar pq nao repõem ou demoram mto p repor as coisas oferecidas. Pouco funcionários para atender os hóspedes.

A localização é excelente, próximo a Praça do Campo Grande, permite fazer atividade de caminhada matinal sem problemas. O atendimento de todos os funcionários foi excelente, carismático, prestativo e educados. Café da manhã bem variado. Limpeza de quarto e das áreas externas impecável. Segurança e conforto.

Precisam adequar o café da manhã e restaurante para hóspedes com intolerância alimentar à lactose, ao glúten, por exemplo.

The stuff was great, very helpful. We were in a very noisy room, and a restaurant was fully functioning under our window. I asked to change, and they accommodated immediately. Great breakfast and amazing location.

It is very important to check before booking to make sure not to end up on a room that is given to the bar and restaurant. It's impossible to sleep. But the stuff is very understanding.

Restaurant offers good food on a completive price.

The air-conditioners are extremely noisy. My room was in a corridor where the food smell prevails.

rooms did not look like the photos. it felt very empty and cold. not a nice room to relax in, which is a shame as we wanted to treat ourselves to somewhere nice and this did not live up to our expectations.

the staff is very good at all the need for help. The room was organised and clean and comfortable. The breakfast was super nice and the staff friendly. By the way, TV was with many channels.

The corredor, in the floor where we stay, there were no air conditioning. It also smell a bit of food, nothing so bad. Not often TV sinal wasn’t good.

Comfortable room, delicious breakfast with lots of options and free parking for our car. Also, the staff was very friendly and helpful. We asked for late check out and they gave it to us. Highly recommend.
