The place is dusty and cockroaches and insects in the place. Futons mattress are not in good condition as there is numerous stain. WiFi not accessible in bedrooms . There is no basket strainer for bathroom sink. Bathtub is not clean.

Breakfast was not there in the room package. We prepared our own breakfast. Cooking arrangement was good. Overall it was specious and clean. the rooms were nice and clean. The view from room was (living room and kitchen) was pretty good.

There were lack of some basic things like scissor, sharpened knife, kitchen towels. Sitting arrangement can be little better, there was only 1 3 seater sofa. Small master bedroom, stink. common bathroom door handle/lock was not working. To reduce plastic, suggest to add a water purifier in the kitchen.

clean,easy access

住的位置好，靠近餐厅及小商店。房间算是还可以。

我唯一不满意的是，说好的两间卧室和两间浴室都没有！只有一间卧室，而另一间是在客厅里，意思就是开放式的卧室！

Strategic location, nearby eateries and shops, dedicated parking spaces, nice view definitely.

Not quite soundproof

The location of the hotel was great, especially with the link bridge connecting to the hotel and the restaurant surrounding there

The unit i stayed in was really bad. Kitchen: 1. Dirty stain everywhere 2. Moldy in the Water heater 3. Feeling of sticky all over the countertop Toilet: 1. The odd smell in the toilet Living room: 1. Faulty light that no one care to repair or replace. 2. Sofa which is very sticky and dirty. (Cover with a thin sheet of sofa cover - barely cover 50% of the sofa) Bedroom 1: 1. Dusty on the built in cabinet Overall it was a bad experience with the host. I think the location and the condo was great, just require more attention from the host on the unit to make sure it is more clean for travelers lik me. I have stayed in the same condo with other host, their unit is well managed and CLEAN. I really hope the host can reflect on the housekeeping SOP

The ficilities

Lift

Apartment is clean and comfortable. Towel is very clean and smell good. Facilities were good and convenience. Air-cond and hot water were functioning well. Nice view.

The bedsheets smell a bit mouldy but got no problem when woke up in the morning.
