Location is fine : nothing else

Reception: substandard; no check of identity; counter in the middle of a space which ois difficult to understand if it a reception counter, a bar, or a sales section; Room: size very limited; finishing very unprofessional; storage for personal effects/dressing and other very primitive; inside entrance door (between corridor and sleeping space) blocking the passage with luggage Bathroom: incredibly unprofessional, for size, decoration and utilities. In particular, the location and installation of the toilet is something "never seen before" (between the toilet and the heating radiator in front there are ONLY 26 cm space). The external corridor was recently painted but there are several spots of different colour: the work of restoring the corridors (and the rest) has been completely wrong - bad supervision ? Access to the gararge: doors had no handles; the staircase was full of construction materials; the lights would only come up after a while after entering the staircase. Conclusion: very dangerous.

Location good for visiting businesses on the plastics valley area

Was not expecting my room to be on a floor that is a building Site. There were bathroom fixtures all around the floor level where my room was, as well as all the way up the stairwell

location: in the heart of the town. shower: large with very hot water.

breakfast - lack of dishes (personnel to manually wash them one by one) - coffee machine unsuitable for an hotel (slow and with extremely small milk container - empty after 2 cappuccinos). Bathroom definitely too small according to the rate - less then 1 meter in front of the toilet.

Internet is not working in the rooms, only in hallway. Rooms are super small, and no one is speaking english

The staff were wonderful, a great bunch of people......tolerant of dogs [ why I booked the place] and made the stay enjoyable....had some laughs and jokes with them and I got the feeling they were being themselves rather than having to be nice because they were paid to be so....

If I could find who designed the bathroom I would ask them if they'd considered any guests other than those less than 5ft tall.....my only irritation with the entire stay.....we got round it and enjoyed ourselves.....

Very nice new room and new bathroom, very comfortable large double bed, free tea and coffee in the room
