The Cuisine and Service were both superb. The attention to detail and hotel decor is excellent. It is located right in the center and walking everywhere is so easy. Loved it, again.

Me and my husband we have stayed 3 nights in this wonderful hotel and we are very satisfied! The staff take care of the car by parking it and we had a discount in the parking lot of Sankt Moritz. Also, the Hotel provide the guests the cards for a free access in several stations and public transport in the city and surroundings, so we never had to pay anything for the excursions! Very convenient and an excellent service. The stuff also gave us an upgrade and the room was very clean, the Housekeeping refreshed the room anytime we went out for dinner - big thank you for it! The girls at the receptions are super kind and nice, Chiara and the croatian girl (i dont remember the name) satisfied all our request. Concierge excellent, good breakfast, and the restaurant Grissini: high-quality food and extra mile service from the italian waiter from Turin (Unfortunately i dont remember the name). The Hotel has a super central position in Sankt Moritz, 2 minutes walking from the station with the lifts for Corviglia, few minutes walking from the shopping street and the station. Everything was great for us and we hope to return to the Crystal Hotel.

Everything is clean, the bathroom is very spacious, loved the theme. It makes you feel at home! Or in a mountain chalet.

All of it very good. Helpful staff at reception and in dining room. Our upgrade was wonderful. The free transport to and fro the station on arrival and departure was a nice touch. Not sure if all in the mini bar was free?

Smoking even on a Wednesday in the Piano bar, meant we could not use it! Apparently it is used by golfers, who smoke cigarillo’s.

The staff was willing to go the extra steps to make sure our stay was pleasant.

Centrally located in the middle of the town, super clean; friendly and helpful reception, the rooms were nicely decorated with super comfy beds. Bathroom with toiletries, bathrobe, slippers, also super clean and functional. Great breakfast, nice roof terrace. Also, shuttle service to the station is available.

Everything was perfect, just keep in mind that in case you're by car, parking needs to be arranged. But this is clearly communicated, so it is not an issue.

Excellent service quality. All of hotel staffs are always giving their smile when engaging with us. And proactively address our requests as well as very friendly.

Lovely hotel, good breakfast, nicely maintained rooms and very sweet staff. The location is excellent as it has a bus stop right outside and all the major luxury shopping is at a 2 min walk. They can arrange for pick up and drop off to the station.

Mostly carpeted so people with dust allergies may need to watch out. I think maybe difficult but the hotel may require regular deep steam cleaning and rigorous vacuuming of the carpets.

The friendly helpful staff and the sauna/spa/gym

Hotel's deco is quite aged and room smells musky. Restaurant's food was terrible overly salty, more like low end restaurant quality and over priced. The only saving grace is the friendly helpful staff and the tastefully decorated spa and gym. A disappointment
