Easy access with car, and then walking to the centre also easy. nice spacious hotel. very nice staff with great recommendations!

next door had a dog that wouldn’t stop barking. Hotel staff tried their best to solve the situation, but it took a while.

Handy for walking in to the centre. Breakfast well presented and good quality. On site parking (once we were able to get into it).

No communication advising of local road closures and being unable to reach the hotel, thus we had to wait outside of the city for over 2 hours. The superior room was small and warm and the air conditioning was ineffective. We had to open the window to get cool air. No tea or coffee in the room. Breakfast staff were preoccupied tending to a group in a side room. There was no hot milk, coffee machine empty.

Sadly we had the worst nights sleep imaginable. The couple next door talked very very loudly all night. We complained politely to the night receptionist at 2am and 4am, she went to see them but they did not change. Cannot believe two people could talk from 11pm until 6.30am.We really feel that the night receptionist could have been a little firmer. It ruined a pleasant stay. Would still recommend the hotel.

a wonderful hotel, very big and clean. the staff were very nice and accommodating.

The room was very big, which is important if you travel with pets. It was equipped very comfortably, even a hair conditioner was at our disposal. Everything very clean and the breakfast was excellent. Staff extremely polite and helpful.

The hotel is pet friendly, but the room you will get to live in with your pet is way different. You will get an old, not renewed one.
