Luxury home w/ amazing views from all 3 levels + XL Hot tub!
Vue imprenable sur le lac et la montagne, une courte promenade dans le centre-ville de Grand Lake, un foyer chaleureux sur le pont, une vue relaxante sur le lac trempez-vous dans un nouveau bain à remous pour 8 personnes, des orignaux errants, des renards curieux, des ours flous, à 40 minutes de Winter Park, 30 secondes aux sentiers de motoneige, à 3 minutes des lacs Grand & Shadow Mtn, à 3 milles du parc national des Montagnes Rocheuses. Que pourriez-vous demander de plus?!
Belle chambre des maîtres au 2e étage avec une vue spectaculaire, cheminée, coin salon et sa propre salle de bain. Deux autres chambres à l'étage, une avec un lit king et une autre avec un lit queen, celles-ci peuvent partager la 2e salle de bain à l'étage. Le niveau principal a une cuisine généreuse avec tabourets de bar et salle à manger, et un salon très confortable avec une télévision connectée et un câble Xfinity, Netflix et plus encore. Le salon donne sur une terrasse incroyable avec une vue stellaire sur les lacs Grand et Shadow Mountain. Le pont est l'ultime espace de détente extérieur équipé d'un long foyer, de deux radiateurs au propane et de sièges luxueux pour tout le groupe. Il y a aussi un barbecue pour griller.
Le niveau inférieur a une autre salle familiale pour se détendre avec une nouvelle télévision intelligente, une table de jeu unique en son genre, une deuxième table de cuisine pour les jeux et les puzzles et un futon pour s'asseoir ou dormir. Il y a aussi une immense chambre avec lits superposés au niveau inférieur avec deux grands lits superposés (4 grands lits!) et une autre salle de bain complète. Laveuse / sécheuse complète sont au niveau inférieur et disponibles à utiliser pendant votre séjour. Le pont inférieur a plus d'espace pour s'asseoir et profiter de la vue imprenable sur le lac, d'un jeu Jenga grandeur nature et du nouveau bain à remous pour 8 personnes. C'est l'ultime escapade de fin de semaine en famille ou entre amis!

Everything about the house was wonderful including the location! We all had a great time - Boating, Horseback riding, bumper cars, go carts and mini golf!! and lots of ice cream!!

The property with 2 decks was wonderful for our group of 8 friends. Top deck for coffee in the morning & happy hour at night. We used the shaded deck & hot tub for after hikes. Plenty of room to sleep!

We are repeat guests at this property and loved our stay. The home is clean, convenient to all that Grand Lake offers, and communication with the host is excellent. I needed to do some work during my stay and found the WiFi to be very reliable. The views are amazing! Can’t wait to come back.

We really enjoyed staying in this house with my in-laws, sister in law, and our 2 college aged kids. It was very comfortable with plenty of room to spread out. It is well appointed including soft blankets to wrap up in outside at the gas fire pit. The primary bedroom includes a comfortable mattress and beautiful views of the lakes. While we didn’t need them, I appreciated there were spare propane tanks available for the nice new grill and outdoor fire pit. Another attention to detail I noticed was this was the first house that had sound bars for the smart TV’s. I always bring an extra with me because my family typically likes to watch movies together and and while most TV’s are usually newer, the sound is difficult to hear. Nice job Mat & Tami, thank you!

Our family visited Grand Lake for a weekend and enjoyed it very much! The house was centrally located to the things we wanted to do and the house was very comfortable. Kids loved the hot tub, views from the porch were amazing and we had plenty of linens and essentials. The owners were very responsive when called with a problem. We would highly recommend this home for your vacation.

Our snowmobile trip has been a family tradition for 21 years. Grand Lake is one of our favorite destinations and this year was bittersweet after the loss of my beloved father-in-law over a year ago. Thanks to a beautiful home to enjoy our stay in, we comfortably honored memories of years past.

Stayed with a group of moms celebrating a 40th birthday and this place was incredible! Beautiful home, fantastic hot tub, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, can walk to town, lake, and hiking trails. Never had to use our cars. The hosts are amazing, very communicative, and I can't recommend this place enough. Would give our experience 10 stars if I could.

We stayed here for large family get-together. It was a great home in a beautiful location. The deck is pretty on a sunny fall day or sunsets overlooking the town and lakes. And still is close to town for quick errands.
Owners were very helpful and responsive to any questions we had. One of the best among all my VRBO experiences.

8 yrs) had an incredibly amazing time in Matt's cabin. The cabin is very spacious with lots of areas for private time & family sharing time. It is well built & very quiet. It is generously stocked & well furnished. We will be back!

Our family had the best time in Grand Lake. We were a large group of 13 celebrating my mom's birthday and there was plenty of space to accommodate everyone. It is exactly as listed and even more beautiful in person. The views from the home are fantastic and it's an easy walk into town (although the walk back will make you huff and puff a bit as it's uphill). The hosts provided everything you could possibly need including most of the basics to start off the week (coffee, paper towel, dish soap, etc.) The showers even had soap, shampoo, and conditioner which was a nice surprise! The hosts were easy to communicate with and quick to respond. We absolutely loved our stay here! The hot tub was such a bonus and we used it more than we initially thought. It's large and warm and the jets are not too powerful and not too gentle. Absolutely perfect! The beds were also incredibly comfortable. I slept better in this house than I have at home in a long time. Colorado was on my mom's bucket list and this home truly was the icing on the cake for her birthday! I wouldn't hesitate to book this property again. We were very pleased!

I had kids visiting from out of state with their small children and thought it might be nice to spend a long weekend in grand Lake. This VRBO was everything you could want or imagine. The view is fantastic and the house was spotless. Roomy enough to set up three pack and plays For the small toddlers. We hope to return someday.

We had our family of 14 stay at this beautiful home in Grand Lake. It was super clean, the kitchen is exceptionally outfitted, and the view from its two decks is amazing. Hosts were easy to communicate with. Bed in master bedroom is elevated to take advantage of the view-just needs some steps to get into for us older/shorter folk:)

Our stay at this property was absolutely everything and more than we had hoped for!
The house is incredibly clean. Everything from the pots in the kitchen to the hot tub was in fantastic condition and clean clean clean.
There was more room in this house than we knew what to do with. We loved using the entertainment room downstairs for movie nights and eating in the spacious and well appointed kitchen. The master bedroom is gorgeous! The pictures do not do it justice.
The views from every level are incredible…we wanted to stay an extra day just to sit on the deck and not go anywhere.
Everything was super smooth and seamless with check in and check out. Can’t say enough about this amazing home. Don’t think, just book!!

Family vacation
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! Beautiful home with a great view!! Family of 12. Lots of space. Hot tub was so nice. Close to the Adam’s Fall trail and the Cascade Falls trail( where we got to see a bear). Both beautiful hikes!! We also got to see a bear after dark below our lower level deck at this house. Would love to come back here!!

Fantastic large family getaway.
Great location overlooking Grand and Shadow Mountain Lakes. What a view. Plenty of space with three levels, 3 bedrooms upstairs, main level kitchen dining area and den all combined in one large open space. Lower level den and bunk room for the kids. 2 large separate decks with a very nice large hot tub. We all enjoyed our stay.

Amazing views - Beautiful and convenient location
Our family (7 adults) had a wonderful time in Grand Lake. This property was so close to RMNP that we drove there at dusk each evening to spot wildlife - saw my first moose! The hot tub was awesome after hiking all day or kayaking in the lake. The town is quaint with very friendly people. So many outdoor activities - kayaking, paddle board, hiking. Make sure you allow time to relax in the beautiful home though.
We had a couple of issues with amenities but Matt was quick to respond, which we very much appreciated. He even stopped by with extra supplies that were low from previous renters. Communication all the way through was excellent! I was a little nervous about the "quiet on decks" warning but found that it was not an issue.
Owners have detailed many things to do and places to eat which was great. I would definitely stay here again. I already miss staring at the Lake!

An amazing property with great views and access! We biked, ran, and hiked and did not even drive our car to get to our trailhead. Came back and relaxed in the hot tub. Great communication all around.

Great experience. Matt was a great host the best!! We had a situation and him didn’t hesitate to find and give help. We are very grateful. The view from the cabin is amazing. We stayed during last week of December so we had a lot of snow and was amazing. The cabin has everything you need for having the best vacation.

This property was amazing! Wonderful views of the lake and mountains. The neighbors were very nice and friendly. Easy access to the town or to Rocky Mountain National Park. Overall our group had a wonderful time and made great memories together.
