We have rented here several times and it is our favorite place to stay!

We had an awesome time. I booked this property for three nights, for my wife and me, and for two other couples traveling with us. everybody was impressed. Thank you very much. The description is spot on. The location is great, the space is clean and well appointed, and there is plenty of space for three couples to hang out and enjoy. I will book there again, without hesitation. I have got two small recommendations though. There was no hairdryer in the unit (somebody might have taken it home after their stay), also it would be great to have a small bottle of shampoo/cream rinse/conditioner and body wash in both bathrooms, just like they do in hotels. Thank again. We'll be back without hesitations.

This is an easy place to rent and is easy to find compared to some places. We had a great time.

House is very convenient to everything yet extremely quiet. The house is very nice and the beds are very comfortable. Host was very responsive and gave great area info including great restaurants and local activities . Highly recommend

This place was perfect for a family getaway. Very clean and comfortable and furnished with all the necessities!!! Kitchen was very well stocked and we felt right at home! Would definitely stay here again and again and recommend to all our friends!!! Close to all the activities Highlands, NC has to offer.

The house was very comfortable for us. The master bed and pillows were very comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked. Our 10 year old daughter enjoyed seeing the horses come up to her every afternoon. It was convenient to be able to walk to dinner and to the stables. Overall, a very pleasant experience. Hope to be back soon.

Wife and I have been enjoying Heather’s mountain retreat for years now - it’s our mountain home away from home. The home (it’s not a cabin) is spacious with the master and en-suite on the opposite side of the great room/kitchen area from the other bedrooms and bath. It’s located central to Clayton, GA, Dillsboro and Sylva NC and the Smoky Mtn N. P. is less than an hour’s drive. The home is comfortable with all the amenities you’ll need and is nicely appointed. Stay a while…you won’t be disappointed.

At the last minute we decided to take our kids to the mountains and to go white water rafting on the Nantahala. We found this listing available. It was perfect for a 2 night get away from Atlanta.

I had no problems while staying at this property, it was the perfect space!

I thought it was a bit overpriced, but the location is the selling point. You are within walking distance to the restaurant (Dillard House) and petting farm and horseback riding. I booked the house for Fathers Day and to go trout fishing, but the family enjoyed the walking distance attractions just as much.

We visited for a family vacation. The property location was central to all of the rafting, waterfalls and other activities on our trip. The house is spacious with a large backyard. We enjoyed nightly visits from the fireflies while around the fire pit. A field across the street has beautiful horses. The house is well equipped with large bathrooms with an open kitchen a s large family room.

We traveled to this location for the wedding of oldest son. The wedding was at a venue in North Carolina but the Dillard location was closer to venue. My brother his wife two nieces and their husbands were flying in from Florida. Brother and his wife stayed with husband and me and nieces and husbands stayed at B&B. The house has a nice kitchen where I could do my prep. work for the rehearsal dinner and have special time to visit with my brother great times visiting during relax time to have nieces and their husbands stop by to visit, eat, laugh and just remember our lives good times and bad times. Was very relaxing just sitting on the porch hearing the birds and watching horses in the field. Did not have to get in touch with property manager even tho the ice maker did not work we just went out and bough because I needed more than the ice maker would supply.

We enjoyed the walk over to the Dillard house. Just shopped, had lunch in town. Really loved the view of the horses in the early AM. Very comfortable house , plenty of towels.:)

We loved everything about the house and property. The house was very clean and we eally enjoyed the open living area. Having wood already in the fire pit was great. The only complaints I heard were that the queen bed was too hard and the king bed made us roll to the center. Overall it was a great experience.

It is a great house in a great location. We are planning on going back later this year. If you are looking for a nice quiet place with great views of the mountains this place is for you.

Perfect location for exploring the North Georgia Mountains and surrounding mountain towns. We were able to see several waterfalls within 30-45 minutes in any direction We were able to walk to The Dillard House and stables. Our 4 year old daughter especially loved the big open backyard and loved hunting for Easter eggs that the Easter Bunny hid!!!

Beautiful property on the Dillard House property. The horses are LITERALLY off the front porch and yes, walking to the Dillard House Restaurant is 100% possible. Plenty of things to do in the area as well. The house was very clean and specific instructions were left so there was no questions about how things needed to be done (which I appreciate!!).

The property was more than expected and in a perfect location to walk to the Dillard house. We will stay there again!

Utilized the property for a quick weekend retreat from Atlanta with friends and it was great. Very comfortable areas with a nice working fireplace and plenty of parking area. Clayton restaurants were extremely accessible nearby as desired.

Had another great stay here. We feel so at home and comfortable here. Very clean and cozy. And it is so relaxing to enjoy coffee and breakfast on the porch enjoying the beautiful view. So tough to leave. Looking forward to coming back. Thank you!!

The property owner was great to work with. House is very clean and well kept. Location is great. Lots of great food in the area. If you want to watch TV - better bring a streaming device. The dish service is not very good. Overall a great stay. Would do it again.

This home was perfect for a kid-free getaway with friends. Lots of beautiful hikes close by! The only reason I gave it a 4 for cleanliness is because the lawn really needed to be mowed, which made traipsing to the outdoor firepit less appealing. However, we had the front porch to hang out on and it was perfect :)

We loved sitting on the front porch with coffee Looking at the beautiful mountings while watching our 21 Month old run around. Lots of outdoor space ! Inside is nice and homey. A great place to get away!

Everything was just as we hoped from start to finish. Excellent communication with Property Manager. We will look to stay there again.
