We received a cancellation email the night before our intended check in date to say our booking had been cancelled due to renovations. We then had to rearrange hotel booking for 6 travellers for the following day with no contact from the hotel. As it turns out, I don’t believe the hotel was in fact undergoing renovations as some of the other wedding guests were still able to stay at the hotel. I am unsure if it was rather due to capacity or overbooking but the service was incredibly unprofessional to wait until the last night to let us know and very disappointing.

I liked the food. The breakfast was wholesome with different options. All of them made as per their regional standards. Had such tasty South Indian food out of South India in a long time. Options were different everyday so there were plenty of ways to tickle your taste buds. In room dining options were equally great and tasty. It was on the expensive side but well worth the price. Tandoori shrimp and chilly chicken were especially delicious. The location is great if you want to reach important places quickly but middle of sector 27 is not particularly great if you want to look out the window and relax. Don't expect a serene sunset view while sipping whiskey in the evening. But if you're traveling for business you won't have the time to look out the window anyway.

I think cleanliness could have been better. I saw plates left behind on the corridor. Not a pleasant view in the morning. There were mosquitoes in the rooms which we had to get rid of. The trash can in the bathroom was not working. The shower room's door was awkwardly placed making difficult to get in and out and close the door from inside. Making it open outside would have solved the issue.

Excellent Layout. Very satisfying under the watchful supervision of Chef Sunil who personally greets every guest. Service by Ms Charu was cordial and very personal. Overall a great breakfasting experience.

Toilet fittings need change. Not that they are not functional but they still need change, The wash basin tap did not open fully. The flush system is also not very effective. Shower change over lever was also partially functional. This is reporting for Room No 105. No Smoking Zone is also not implemented effectively.

Breakfast and restaurant need a lift. Food was not good., immature staff and dull atmosphere.
