The unit had everything we needed for our stay.

The property was fine, most of it was very well kept and very well decorated for the holidays located away from the hustle and bustle. Especially the condos up front in the complex. I looked at so many condos online and just missed how small this studio condo room was, how the furniture was arranged and how storage was being used. Will do better in the future by renting something larger, my fault. Also, it was our fault for not realizing we didn't have the host's phone number because the directions were totally confusing when we got towards the back of the complex. Our GPS got us in the general right direction but never saw a street sign for where the condo was. We didn't know where the guest service was to know where to turn right or left or that you had to turn right after the sports bar to find the pool side as the directions were written. There were 2 people in the guard house when we arrived, but they would not come out to talk to us. I know many people would love this place. It just wasn't to our liking. It didn't help to drive into the city itself. Trash all down Shell Road and a mattress and box springs thrown out along the road for over a week. If the city wants people to come back for return visits, they need to help out these nice complexes by picking things up better.

There was musty smell in the room that probably couldn't be helped we opened the door to the outside and tried to air it out. The location and amenities of the complex are what make this place wonderful. Pools are clean and well maintained the hot tub was great both restaurants are okay but so close that you can find something in each of them to dine on.

My best friend and I stayed here over Labor Day weekend. We had the BEST time! This little property is a hidden gem with 2 pools within just feet, a bar/restaurant that serves food poolside, and another bar/restaurant that has live music. We both saw a dolphin and beautiful sunsets/sunrises. We loved being able to see the water right out the window! We will definitely be back! Thank you!

We had an awesome stay and Little Harbor in Ruskin. Very quiet and peaceful. We would go sit on a bench out front and watch the dolphins swim by. The pool & two restaurants are within short walking distance from the unit. Amazing sunsets from The Sunset Tiki Bar & Grill. Great food and the best Key Lime Pine I've ever had. Would definitely stay again. The hosts were great and very informative and responsive to any communications.

Our stay in 303 was Amazing. Our Room was very clean, its close to all the amenities, 2 Restaurants just steps away which were delicious. We saw and had Dolphin's and Manatees in the bay everyday. The option of private beach or pool to go to can't be beat. My Huni and I will be back for sure =) Thank you for letting us stay in your lil Slice of Paradise

Our stay this property was wonderful. This was our third stay at this property. It was clean and very welll stocked. The location is excellent with two bars and restaurants on the premises. Beautiful sunsets If you wanted, you would not have to leave the property. We look forward to staying at this property in the future.

The property and resort offered everything we needed to enjoy a nice week to unwind, relax and forget what day it was.

Great property second time I have stayed here and Love the view the Bay is on one side the river is on my side and have watched Manatees, Rays , Dolphins and Sharks (Small) play in the river side wish i could see them everyday. But Awesome Host and Property Highly recommend this location! TY All for being great host.

Nice and relaxing first night. Walls a little thin when you have a baby next door on the 2nd night.

We had a great time! Everything was as advertised, Phil and Diane are the best hostess!! We saw Dolphins, Manites If you want a nice relaxing time, this is the place!!

My boyfriend and I had a peaceful relaxing vacation. Good food in the resort with 2 resturants to choose from within walking distance. Nice view of the bay. Quiet neighborhood.

Excellent, hassle free stay with a great view. Phil and Diana were very accessible with questions that I had prior to my trip and will definitely stay again when I head back to the area.

We live about an hour away in central Florida. Ruskin area is where we fish a lot for a day, but wanted to make a long weekend of it. Little Harbor is a perfect for what we want, and this time we were really pleased with our room. Owners respond quickly, check in was simple, clean room, cute little set up, water view out the back. As always, we enjoy that we have 2 restaurants right there, one having the dock to pull up to. We will stay here again!

We 😍 loved our time here. Very clean quiet nice people. Loved the sunrise the sunsets was amazing. Yummy places to eat. We seen 🐬, there amazing. We didn't want to leave and come home,we will return.

I loved my 11 days at this condo. For my stay, it had everything I could have needed: beach chairs, cooler, night light, pitcher, and ice trays... outside surroundings were natural habitats: eagles, turtles, dolphins, pelicans, manatees, sharks ..... All kinds of birds.... Plenty of walking area, beach... private lil beach.... and all just feet away. Retaurants nearby.... "Circles" was my favorite... the Lazy Gator... Hard Rock Cafe had great food and drinks too. Loved the place. Easy in and easy out! Thank you to my hosts....

It was ok. Not represented well. Condo smelled. Had a very different smell, not a clean smell, if you have bad sinus l would not recommend this condo, messed my sinuses up, otherwise OK. Thank you

We loved staying here! The location was absolutely perfect! We sat on the porch and watched the dolphins, stingrays, and pelicans! There is so much to do here! The place was very clean and perfect for 2! There was a small musty smell, but we used air fresheners and the fan to keep the air circulated. The front guard, staff, and the neighbors were very friendly! I loved that it was located a little off the main roads so you could enjoy the peace and quiet. It was worth the 50 min drive to any of the major Gulf Shore beaches. I would recommend this place to anyone!

We had a great time at the Little Harbor Inn property. The room met our expectations and the views were simply awesome. We very much enjoyed lunch daily at Hook’s which was a short 100 yards from our room as well as the heated pool on site. It was a short walk to the white sand beach nearby and the Sunset Grill was another nice dining option. We would go back in a heartbeat. *only one complaint - change the battery in the smoke detector…the chirping is maddening 😊.

We stayed for 10 days. The room was very clean. Everything was there that we needed. Enjoyed the patio view the most. Saw many dolphins and on our last day a manatee swam along the wall where we were standing in front of our room. Perfect!!

Everything was awesome our 11 days were so peaceful we will return for more Feb 2023 Just outside our door we fished Watched the boats come and go in the harbor but best of all was watching the dolphins and manatees . We enjoyed the Sunset Grill and pier and the beautiful sunsets absolutely the easiest owner we have dealt with highly recommend

We (seniors in our mid to late 70’s) enjoyed our stay for the most part. We did add to the hanger shortage in the closet. The sink in the bathroom had slow drainage; my husband turned the stopper a couple times and it worked fine. We saw dolphins and manatees and enjoyed coffee on the patio in the morning and a cocktail at night watching the stars and planes coming and going. Except for our last evening, the parking space in front of our room was left open for our son to pick us up and drop us off. We realize it is open parking; it was irritating to not have that space open on our last night when a HUGE Toyata SUV parked there. My husband walked down the pier and was able to watch fisherman catching blue crabs. Fascinating!!! If you ever redo the bathroom, we would suggest replacing the fan and toilet. The noise of the fan took some getting used to and the toilet is way too low for taller seniors. After we were there a few days, my husband cleaned the bathroom floor and it was black! He was very surprised as we had not created that. We felt as if we left it cleaner than we found it. It truly was an interesting experience. We were able to walk to Hook’s and dine at Sunset Grill; thoroughly enjoyed both places! All in all, we had many experiences we didn’t anticipate and met some wonderful visitors!!’

Have now stayed here in this condo twice; 14 days and again for 10 days. Everything has always been exactly as represented on-line and extremely clean. Great location and thoroughly have a terrific time. We will be back!
