Ce condo chaleureux et accueillant au niveau principal a 1 chambre à coucher, 1 salle de bain (la salle de bain est adjacente à la chambre afin que vous traversiez la chambre pour accéder à la salle de bain), le salon, le bar à petit-déjeuner et la cuisine dans la cuisine. Il est entièrement meublé avec TV HD 50 "avec Dish Network, accès Internet (25 Mo), terrasse clôturée avec barbecue, casseroles et poêles, vaisselle, etc. Comptoirs de granit dans la cuisine et la salle de bain. Micro-ondes gain de place, lave-vaisselle, cuisinière électrique. Lit queen (IKEA 4 tiroirs sous commode) avec nouveau matelas (en 2019), canapé-lit pleine grandeur avec matelas en mousse à mémoire IKEA amélioré dans le salon. Le bâtiment est sans fumée mais il est acceptable de fumer sur le patio extérieur. Nous avons ajouté des planchers chauffants dans la cuisine et la salle de bain pour éliminer le froid hivernal! Ceci est un joli condo. Parfait pour un couple, une petite famille ou des amis proches qui cherchent à s'évader pour du ski ou de merveilleuses activités estivales à Park County et Fairplay ou à Summit County. Il y a une buanderie à pièces au sous-sol de l'immeuble. Allez à "fairplayco" dot "us / events" pour le calendrier des événements locaux ou Google Town of Fairplay Events (VRBO ne me permet pas de mettre des URL sur le site).
Nous acceptons les chiens, mais nous exigeons la mise en caisse des chiens s'ils sont laissés sans surveillance et des frais de 25 $ pour les animaux domestiques.

This was a cozy and perfect place for our little family for a couple days. I wish my place was this nice! Will definitely come back when visiting Fairplay again. Mark was an amazing host! 5 stars!

Condo ok for overnight stay. Wouldn’t book for extended stay. Very clean but kind of overall dark decor and furnishings. Could be updated.

We loved the place! It was located right in the center of town which allowed us to walk to everything. It was super comfortable and quiet. We will definitely stay again and have already referred other guests.

This is a clean well equipped little place for 2. Owner very responsive. Quiet. Only complaint was rug outside door rug. Big trip hazard for us elderly folk.

It’s right on the main street, easy to find. High quality of furniture, had everything we need, feel like at home. Clean. Ski gear rental right at the corner of the building. A local grocery near by. About 1 hour and 15 minutes from Monarch ski area. About 40 minutes from Breckenridge. Prompt and friendly communication with owner. Definitely recommend and we will rent it again if coming back to the area. Thank you Mark for providing us wonderful experience at your place!

We had a great stay at this condo in Fairplay Colorado. Location is wonderful, be was comfortable, and the shower was HOT! Would definitely stay here again when visiting Fairplay.

This property was close to anything you would need while visiting and they thought of absolutely everything one would need for a stay of any length. Clean, comfortable, quiet, and I am ready to go back!

Bed was amazingly comfortable.
Could use more lighting through out the unit. Furniture is too dark and heavy for the small unit lighter and less bulk would make everything look bigger. Kitchen chairs just get rid of them so uncomfortable I am 5'2" tall and I had to put 2 pillows behind my back to sit in chairs for a few minutes then my legs started to go to sleep.
Snowed while I was there so I didn't get to use patio it was a shame looked really nice.
Really unit was ok but these changes would make unit awesome.

Really nice little place. Just as described, just as the pictures show. Would recommend and would stay again. I knew there wasn't much in Fairplay but there is really nothing there and everything including the bars close around 8 p.m. Of course not the hosts fault but make sure you have everything you need before everything closes, unless you want to pay convenience store prices and gas/diesel is about $6 a gallon.

We enjoy staying at the condo in town. What's better than walking to bars restaurants? Beautiful mountains and trails close by.

I have stayed here a few times and it truly feels like home away from home. The patio area is the best! Great spot to enjoy the beautiful Fairplay weather. I’ll be back again soon!

This property was perfect for my 5 day hiking adventure in Colorado. The host Mark was very good at communicating and answered questions I had not even thought of asking when he sent my pre trip email. The box fan that is stored in the closet was perfect to give me background noise while I went to bed early so I could get up, drive and be on the trails by 4:30am. The property was clean and well organized. Mark also had suggestions on where to shop for groceries which was helpful since restaurants were not open at 3:35am and 2am the 2 mornings I had longer drive times. I would definitely stay here again. If any of my friends take a trip to this area, I will tell them to stay here!!

This was a nice little Condo. The owner Mark was very nice and extremely informative about the whole process. The Condo had all of the comforts of home and if I stay in Fairplay again I will stay here again.

Nice, clean, great location! Helpful management
Mark was very helpful and easy to reach by phone when I needed him. He kept regular communication through messages too. The rental was in a perfect location in Fairplay, right off main st and close to everything we needed in Fairplay, even without a car. Possibly the cleanest rental I’ve ever stayed in. Very nice and adequately stocked in all areas. Love that everything was labeled and Mark gave thorough instructions for how to use everything. Only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars for check in was the lockbox gave me fits. Mark was supportive and helpful when I called him during that time. Fairplay was a short & painless bus ride away from breck where we were snowboarding. Would recommend this stay.

Great Unit!
We were very happy with the unit and our stay. Had to Mark at the last minute since my husband misplaced the keys!! Mark was great with helping us out, keys were found so we were only minutes past check out time. If we weren't moving, I'd definitely stay here again!!

Easy getaway
We used Mark's condo as a Basecamp for some late season summit bagging. It was quiet, comfy, and an easy walk to the downrown restaurants.

Great location in Fairplay. Crystal clear communication on check In procedure and all other aspects of the stay. Looked exactly as advertised. As a side note—great hot water pressure in the shower! Would stay again for sure.

Charming space
Our second visit to this wonderful little condo. This stay was as delightful as our first. It suited our needs perfectly for our activities in and around Fairplay. The patio is a welcomed private respite in the late afternoon.

Well Appointed!
Great VRBO for 2! Plenty of everything as far as linens and dishwear. Nice outdoor area. Very private. Enjoyed our stay in Fairplay very much!

This is a great property - very convenient location, walking distance to restaurants, well-stocked, comfortable, and at a great price. Owner communication was very detailed, and we had no problems during our stay. Too bad we only had one night - the kids were asking to stay longer! Thanks, Mark! :)

Great base for outdoor fun!
Condo is updated inside clean and has all you need. Quiet. Fairplay is a great spot to explore mountains passes trails - just a short drive in all directions (or right in Fairplay) and the outside is yours to enjoy! This condo makes a very comfortable base camp!

Patio area needs attention: a number of cigarette butts on ground; grille cover was on the ground; grille too dirty to use. The bed is a double size. Inside overall was clean and comfortable.
