The bed was very comfortable we had an appartment.suited us well.the pool was just what we needed on some very hot days the space in the apartment for 3 was great .we bought some of their home grown oil .
The breakfast was just ok but met our needs for simplicity .

Big rooms, nice Pool, great view, close to Montefalco but not in the town exactly. Nice host but speaks only Italian (or you have a good luck and meet her grandson)
It needs renovation, no air-con, the breakfast could have been a bit better.

Not the fault of the owner I guess but the address in Booking com is wrong. We waste some time to get there

The historic centre of Montefalco and surrounding towns and countryside are lovely. Great restaurants locally.
The exterior of the place was untidy run-down and uninviting. No maintenance on the property for quite some time. Not at all up to standard for Booking.com properties. The cleanliness was poor, in the fridge and bathroom and floors.
