Very pleasant bed and breakfast with a lovely host, Karen. She gave lots of information about the local area and was very interesting to talk to. We had the room with the balcony, which was great, but sadly it rained the whole time we were there so not able to use it. Would certainly stay here again.

Very knowledgeable, welcoming and friendly hosts who were happy to help us make the most of our visit to Ypres and the surrounding area. The personal touch was a welcome and positive addition to the typical experience of a large/corporate hotel. It was a very short walk to the town centre

Room 1 not ensuite loo. Should replace the large table with a chest of drawers or a wardrobe Stayed 4 nights had to live out of suitcases

my wife and I are getting old and our knees are not that good . we found that the stairs were a problem but that’s not the properties fault.

Location superb, central with lots of street parking. Easy to find. Aldwin is a fantastic host, do informative and friendly. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with lovely beds and magnificent showers! Breakfast was varied and delicious

Great location,just a short walk into town. Free parking just outside the front of the property. Our room was on the first floor just at the top of the stairs. Our room was at the front of the B&B overlooking a playing field and street, but no noise issues.

Our room did not have a toilet, as the shower and wash basin were in the room. Toilet was a walk around the corner, just off the main landing.

The property was is a great location, staff very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and bed comfortable. The continental breakfast was good.
