The property was in a great location for us, we loved the market square, and being able to walk to the castle, and browse all the great shops, pubs and restaurants. The information sent to us from the owners was really helpful, and we went on several day trips based on their recommendations. Everything we needed for the week was provided, and it was really nice to arrive and milk, teabags and some other goodies! Parking was really convenient too.

There was nothing to dislike.

Great location, hosts gave lots of ideas of places to visit and eat. Facilities in the flat were very good, nice welcome pack, liked the selection of games. Perfect in every way

Location was as hoped for, great! Easy to stroll to get what we wanted be it retail shopping, charity or speciality shop browsing etc.. Great starting point for drives to many nice places Nice place to relax in.nice and quiet for us coming from commute town in Essex

Bed was soft rather than firm resulting in sore back but appreciate this simply comes down to personal taste! Beds were v clean, new rather than well used in appearance. Dont wish this to detract from what was a great break for us!👍

Lovely 2 bed flat in the heart of Framlingham and a very convenient location to explore Suffolk. Has everything you need for a short stay in the area, whether self catering or not, including a private parking space. The flat itself was clean and well decorated, with a modern bathroom and kitchen. Hosts were responsive over text/phone in case there were any problems. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent location on the market square, very clean, warm, with all you could need for a lovely stay. Property is bigger than in appears on the website. Parking for 2 cars in the heart of Framlingham a bonus. June kept us fully informed and provided information of local places of interest and pubs and restaurants, and even allowed us to check in early and check out late, which was appreciated..

Great instructions, really easy to find and easy to access the property. Everything was exactly as advised beforehand and photos were spot on. Everything was easy to use. Perfect location overlooking the square above a really lovely gift shop, perfect walking distance to The Crown Pub, the pharmacy, the pub, Framingham Castle and great little walk at the back for the dog. Would 100% stay here again and already recommended to friends as we come to Suffolk every year.

Would only change one thing, the duvet cover in the front bedroom which was too big for the cover so by the morning the duvet inside was at the bottom of the bed, it was also really stiff. The duvets in the other bedroom were great.

it was well equipped, comfortable and in a great location. It is in the heart of Framlingham, so just a few steps to shops, cafes, pub, as well as convenient for the sights - church and castle. Framlingham is also a good base for wider exploration of Suffolk.

Very good quiet location in the centre of the village overlooking the market Square. Conveniently, the Coop supermarket pedestrian entrance is opposite the apartment. Many interesting places to visit, including the coast, all within 1hr drive.

Access is difficult for the less able, but this was made clear when we made the booking.

Excellent property in a great location in the centre of the village. All the mod-cons including an ice-maker and a water filter jug in the fridge. Great shower room. Our bed was more comfortable than our expensive one at home, so we took a picture of the label and will probably replace it!

Television could be larger and could do with more hanging space in the bedrooms.

The flat was larger than it looked on the photos. There was nice welcome pack left for us. The location of the flat is excellent being right in the heart of the Market Town with the Castle just a couple of minutes walk away behind the Church. Loved the little extras, family games/books, dishwasher tablets/laundry detergent and washing up cloths etc. Supermarket just over the road and some lovely unique shops to look around and cafes to eat & drink.

The back bedroom had a black out blind but there was not one in the main bedroom which they could have done with. We were woken early a couple of times by the people in the flat above but then they left and others arrived and we hardly heard them at all. The church is right behind the back bedroom and the bells do ring out every hour - through the night. The owners sent lots of information via txt, mostly useful but I felt a lot of it could have been left in the Information Pack which is in the flat as I don't want to be on my phone on holiday.

A very pleasant,homely apartment on the edge of a picturesque market place in a historic town. Grandson remarked that it was a very pretty,little place

The whole experience was very positive though ofcourse there were the odd hiccups in communication.

We bought breakfast from the excellent co-op just across the road and croissants from the baker very nearby.

We had difficulty logging on to WiFi - no password given- but maybe it was just us as we are not techy people - it wasn't a particularly big issue for us.

We loved the position on Framlingham market place, the easy parking right outside, the big Georgian windows, the quiet, the well equipped kitchen, the super-modern bathroom and the well-chosen furnishings.

Nothing really. Personal thing: I found the bed rather hard. Some people will like that! One other little niggle was that there is no freezer compartment in the fridge.
