El desayuno estaba feo. El pan parecía viejo y no del día y el huevo revuelto seco.
La atención de las que estaban en el front desk era decepcionante y lamentable. Reportamos que la cañería del baño estaba malograda y la rpta fue que nos podían cambiar de cuarto a las 11am recién cuando debíamos salir antes y no podíamos ni bañarnos ni tener la llave abierta porque el baño se inundaba. Cuando pedimos otro rollo de papel higiénico porque hab;íamos usado parte de el 1ero para secar todo lo mojado del piso, nos miraron con cara mala y nos dijeron que era solo 1 por día. El trato fue horrible en todo momento.

El servicio, la atención 24 horas, la arquitectura del lugar, el acceso al WIFI, el baño con agua caliente.
Se podría mejorar la limpieza de las paredes de la habitación y el baño. Se podría variar el menú del desayuno.

I loved the location so close to the historic center. The staff were lovely. The beds were very comfy and a hot shower after a long day was a wonderful treat.

It was just a bit further out of town and as a single woman, I may have felt a tiny bit anxious about going back to the hotel at night by myself.

El personal atento, muy confiados y honestos. Me ayudaron con la organización de mi viaje, me dieron consejos e hicieron mi estadía amena.
El alojamiento es muy cómodo, hay un espacio para compartir.
Creo que la ubicación es un poco retirada considerando las calles.

The lady at the desk was lovely and let us pay after check in after we had a chance to get to an ATM. The room was good and very big enough for two people. The bed had a lot of covers but in the heat we took the top two off the bed but it’s good to have in winter. I wish there was a fan in the room for summer heat. Loved the homely look to the courtyard. Very quite at night which is great. Very safe place to stay with buzz in system and big gates.
The breakfast was not very good at all after the first day we decided to skip it altogether. The shower was not very pleasant because it had very bad pressure and only got a little warm.

We VERY MUCH appreciated the safety factor: someone was at the front desk 24th a a day and guests have to ring the bell to get in and the front desk has to unlock the front gate to let us leave. We liked being close to the City Center - we could walk everywhere.
The shower was HOT and the bed was comfortable.
There was plenty of room to spread out in the room and the property is very quiet.
I appreciated the coco leaf tea being available to guests 24/7 at the front desk.

Do sistema de aquecimento da água. É a gás e sempre faltava água quente e a gente tinha que ficar avisando.
O café da manhã é muito fraco. Praticamente só pão e um ovo. Falta colocar mais frutas e fazer mais variedades. Todos os dias era a mesma coisa.

The hostel has a lovely inner courtyard to relax in. Our room was spacious with an en-suite bathroom and was very reasonably priced. The staff were welcoming and very helpful. There is a laundry surface which is very useful after time away trekking!
The water for the shower was a little temperamental, it needs careful adjusting!

The location is ~10 minutes away from the plaza by foot. The staff was very helpful and super nice. Coming back to the rooms clean and tidy after the tiring tours was the best. The location is safe and accessible to cars. Their laundry service is also efficient, but no hair dryer and I didn't have one so I would sleep with my hair wet 😅
There was hot water but you need to run the shower a few minutes before.

for a litle price you got a clean spacious room with clean blanket, wifi, and running hot water. They also located near St Fransisco Plaza which is nice place to look for cheap delicious local food.

Nice house with a beautiful inner courtyard. Some rooms face the stone brick road street with heavy traffic, and they are big and high. The air temperature in the room is a quarter lower than the outdoor air temperature, so it is noisy and cold and cannot get a good rest. The water in the bathroom sink is very cold, no hot water, and the shower room without shampoo.

Positive experience. The arrangements worked as agreed upon before the trip, the staff were very helpful even though we were coming and going sometimes late at night, some other times early in the morning.
