Clean room, spacious, quiet environment

My bed side control didnt work for do not disturb, room cleaning

Breakfast banyak pilihan & bilik besar. Toilet pun besar siap ada bathub.

Ada benda tajam yang mencucuk2 dari karpet. Anak terpijak. Harap guest lain boleh hati2.

I like the location, the breakfast is okay, but they should improve their fried noodles, fried kuetiau, fried rice, it's so sad because ipoh is well known especially for fried kuetiau.. i do love their roti canai,thosai, pastry,salad, fruits, and KOPI KAMPUNG.The staff from receptionist,housekeeping , maintenance at hotel so responsive and helpful during our stay 👍

1. the Parking Area is a bit CONFUSE. should remark and update a new sign 'hotel lobby area' since we park at hotel lobby, until we knew during check in, we park at wrong area which is for apartment suite area.we take foot steps to reach the lobby, quite tiring.. 2. the BED is NOT COMFY , the blanket not thick, the pillow size as it should for 4 star hotel and the price is not worthy for this matter.BUT MAYBE I booked TWIN BEDS (single) not queen not king so I'm not sure if there's any different.plus, the carpet inside the room is so dirty.. 3. at BREAKFAST AREA, should closed the area when your air-conditioning is leaking, it is for safety purpose, since there's a lot of kids running here and there, PLUS all desk should put cushion/rubber every corner due to sharp edges..some kids sudden knocked their head to the edges since your table setup quite near due to limited space to carter many people during holiday..

The room was big with bathtub. Welcome drink was awesome. You can walk to Kinta Riverfont from this hotel.

Parking have to pay Rm2 perday. Could have been completely free like other hotel i stayed before.

BREAKFAST was superb ... A lot of choice and nice food until you don't know what to eat .. 🤣 nice environment also

Pillow hotel need to improve .. to soft .. i need 2@3 pillow to feel comfortable ...

Away from the bustling town and a short grab ride will bring you to the overrated food prices in ipoh todn

The heat. It was so hot that it was only possible to go out at night

The amenities as well as the list of facilities available were plenty and the location is very close to the city centre.

Some of the facilities were starting to show their age and may need replacing soon.

Quite and good view from the room but one of the room near swimming pool very noise. Seem there is no sound proof done

No tooth brush, paste, no face towel. Noise from swimming pool is affecting guest located next to the pool

One of the most pleasant stays in Ipoh , lovely staff , lovely room facing the river and fabulous breakfast. Comfy bed and excellent wifi. I would recomemend this hotel to all.

Room- clean Breakfast- very nice, healthy food, many choice of vegetarian Location- very strategic at center of the town access to every places

Room service for food- should collect the plates immediately after customer called for collection. I ended up cleaning the plate as it was not taken in 30 minutes after i made the call for collection. The cleaned plates not even taken from my front door until i check out. Imagine after 20 hours how the smell would be if i never clean the plates.
