The hotel had a nice clean pool and also had access to a small private beach. Staff was mostly very friendly and eager to help you. Location was close to the center (10min scooter ride).

There was a lot (!) of noise and work around the hotel, starting very early. I get that there is work and repair to be done, but there was only 1 or 2 days we could sleep in. Mostly leafblowers that were going at 7.30 am. Or some tile hacking right in front of our room door. We called to reception, they did sent someone to make them stop. Such a shame since this was our honeymoon/holiday and come back more tired than before we left.. Also the beds are really soft. That is of course a preference but if you have back complaints or anything, I would not recommend.

got the room 1 hour late upon check in large bird droppings on the walking pass way to the rooms the bed is not comfortable if you go the beach you might get locked out

good value for money by Tahiti standards. Rooms were clean and spacious. Pool was nice. Restaurant food is excellent and the staff are awesome. I would happily stay here again.

bar only opens at 530 so we can get anything earlier, even ice. but there’s a petrol station very close by.

Nice hotel with nice gardens. We only had a short 1 night stay and departed very early am! But we could not fault this property. Staff were helpful and friendly and the gardens had chickens and baby chicks wandering around which I thought was lovely. Great sunset view overlooking the black sand beach from the garden.

Large bedroom with very dated bathroom, however perfectly adequate for one or two nights whilst in transit.

We had dinner at the hotel restaurant and it was excellent. We then enjoyed a Tahitian band and watched many local couples doing a type of Tahitien dancing. Fun evening.

Our card key was to give us access to the beach, but it didn't work. We were leaving soon after we tried so we didn't ask for a different card. With the tide rolling in at that time, there wouldn't have been much beach to walk on.

Safe. Private. Quiet. Away from the city. Good food.

We weren’t able to get snacks at anytime, other than to leave the property to go to the Mobil station, or room service outside set times, which was an unusual thing, but we understand.

Best Entertainment in Papa tee. Live music and great food.

Wish it was closer to downtown.

The new pool is beautiful! Grounds were well kept, room was simply decorated, very clean and the extra large bed with all white bedding was very comfortable, clean and fresh! It was a short walk to get some amenities for our room, and staff was very helpful when we had questions. Beach was easily accessible and the restaurant /bar was extremely large to accommodate large groups and had a stunning view of the ocean no matter where you sat!! An enjoyable stay!!

I booked this hotel as it stated in the amenities section that the hotel offered an airport shuttle. There was no indication that this was and extra cost. To our surprise we had to book a cab. Thankfully we had some local currency left as the cabs do not take anything but cash!! This was an unexpected and disappointing glitch. It would be a suggestion to indicate in the hotel’s description that this facility is not the best choice should someone have a disability, as this may not be the facility to stay at. There are rooms on a second floor and there are no elevators, however there are rooms on ground level. It would be recommended that when booking this hotel, a customer with disabilities be clear that they would need a ground level unit.

I was told it was a continental breakfast when we walked in. We ate very little and ended up paying 120.00 dollars for it. Continental means a free small breakfast

We was told we could not eat at the restaurant because they had a special event and private party two different nights. We had to go somewhere else for dinner.

the breakfast was delicious and served right on the waterfront. Our room was far enough away from any loud noise that it was quiet inside, even on a Saturday night when lots of parties were happening. The staff were very friendly.

Nothing, it was perfect for our needs.

After booking they sent an email saying their pool was closed and being worked on. We had also asked to the shuttle to pick us up from the airport and they said you had to ask 3 days ahead of the time you placed your reservation. This was not listed in the description of the property. We felt that it was a misrepresentation and canceled our booking.

Grounds were clean, room was cleaned. Nice garden and fruit trees in the area. Good proximity to the ocean and the restaurant seemed well managed and clean. The fruit at breakfast was good!

Customer service and flexibility was lacking overall. Poor communication due to the booking.com site caused my reservation to get canceled while I was in transit. So no pick up from the airport and a really poor reception when I did arrive. Hotel did little to nothing to make the stay worth it. I ended being charged for 4 nights though I was only there for two and was charged for 2 breakfasts in addition to that. They obviously weren't too busy to do better since it's off season.. Not sure I can think of a reason to go there again if I had a choice. The pool was closed and ocean not accessible. Front desk staff was not engaged, but grounds staff was friendlier at least. Nothing about the room made me feel like i was in Tahiti.

The grounds are expansive and look nice. Staff were very professional.

The room was basic and smelt damp/unclean. The restaurant wasn't open when we stayed and the wifi wasn't working. The place felt rundown and we couldn't even stay one night here. We opted to stay at Te Moana which was a much better hotel and worth the extra expense.
