The pub closes early on Sunday and the staff ensured we were looked after for keys. Good communications.
We didn't meet anyone or have any option after arrival of seeking a breakfast and facilties in the village are were limited.

The environment was very quiet, the room was isolated, beautiful garden, all we needed for a night stay. Friendly Reception and easy check in. Recommended 100% It’s a lovely place to stay.

Stayed here before - this is a real local's pub. People are friendly, staff are spot-on. The place is also very dog-friendly which was nice.

Everything was fine really apart from the getting in and out of the main doors, until we were given keys. I would definately stay again.

As described. Very friendly welcome from staff. Reasonably priced and well located. Beds comfy but squeaked a lot when you rolled over. Clean but a bit dated.

Nothing direct with the premises just the fact the bar did happen to shut that particular evening at 9pm. This wasn't an issue and the staff kindly pointed us across the road.

We found the facilities at the Half Moon perfect for our needs. We were greeted with a smile and we found our room exactly as described and perfect for the one night. There had been a confusion with our booking as I usually make sure I include breakfast but we had no proof of this. Our host was quite prepared to include breakfast even though we wearn't sure. Such generosity in these uncertain times. After a night's sleep we decided it was only fair to pay for our breakfast which was of an excellent quality.
