Pool and other places just great, the same the room and breackfast. Only the restaurant has to improve service, cause I was not allowed to take my doggy bag with me after sunday lunch.

Need urgently to improve check in/out procedure - it should be automatic or by shifts

The grounds and patio were nice.

The location is out in the middle of nowhere. There were no stores or shops, and to get to the hotel was on a long dirt road. The restaurant was okay, not a large menu.

Easy to book, good communication via booking.com app and free transfer back to the airport.

Not a 4 star; coffee stains on the bedside tables, no water or tea/coffee making facilities (just two random glasses that didn’t match!), toiletries all in dispensers attached to the wall and one falling off and the worst was absolutely no usable Wi-Fi.

The staff were very helpful and the proximity to the airport was perfect. The pool area was very nice as well. Late check-out was great too because of our late flight.

The bed was very worn in and they didn't have international plugs in the rooms. We also had the cleaning staff barge into our room because there were not "no molestar" signs anywhere. There was also a long dirt road to the hotel that seems like it could have very easily been paved by now. The walls were alo very thin and we could easily here people in the same hall.

Terrible old hotel, in the confirmation was mention that there was pick-up to the airport, but only applies for one trip. Is located in the middle of nowhere, some Ubers don’t want you ti take you there. I booked because I thought that was near the airport, but is not, I recommend you to go to Buenos Aires capital rather to stay there. the prices is very high for what you get. I had a really bad time.

The 2 km entrance needs to be taken care of, such a beautiful place but the road is an eye sore,then again the municipalidad de ezeiza should address this issue because u have a new intersection at 100 Mt and not connected to the hotel ,tells me something is wrong with local municipalidad,.too bad

The place is big and confortable, there were sweets in the room, they held our luggage while we were having dinner. All in all it was confortable, but I'm not sure it is enoug for the money it costs.

It is not very accesible. The only way there is a poorly maintained road that is sure to wreck every car that goes through it. Also it is really hard to find during the night. All in all, for the same money one can get a much better place. The entrance guard was also very rude, and we had to find our way to the parking lot.

I pay more than ,140 us dollars to have a good night sleep. I called 3 times to asked if the little kid with jumping up and down and screening playing can be controlled by they parents. Around 1 am I think they leaved. Another guy was very very sick coughing as a covered fly or covid, they was walking all over cough no mask infecting all places he went. No control to be in the hotel. I asked 2 times to have a hear dryer. After 2 hours someone comes. I asked to be dropped of in the Airport in Airlines Argentinas, they did in a wrong gate, I have to walked with 2 luggages and 2 handbags alone in the dark street 5 30 am a long long way. The power was cuy MANY TIMES. NO ACCEPTABLE I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE

Restaurant, breakfast, pools, playing rooms, the heating in the rooms was excellent and the a service was good.

Hotel Access road was not good. It was scary at night because it was not a direct exit from highway. It was a long bumpy dirt road with no illumination. There were no items in the refrigerator, and I had to request a hair dryer.

Hotel didn't take into consideration my comments in the reservation. Really expensive for the services provided. Swimming pool nasty and water should be change completely in the middle of the day with 40 degrees. Spa crew arrives at 11.30 delaying my check out Bathroom with nasty smell Service cleaning room, not satisfactory To summarise, a total disaster. I felt scammed with the price that I've paid.

The pool was nice - if you go early, before it gets crowded.

We stayed there for only one night, in which we needed to rest before a long trip, but we just couldn't. First, there was a birthday party at 2 AM somewhere in my floor, with people singing and cheering. Then there was constant loud machinery-like noise all night. And at 8 AM, staff people started knocking on doors to check if the rooms where occupied, and they opened the door to our room to look inside!!! There was also another unpleasant incident with the staff: the waitress at the hotel restaurant didn't believe us the room number we gave her, and asked *us* to go to the reception to validate. It was also very difficult to find the hotel at night. Access is through a long, dark, unpaved road. And also they don't give you key cards! They ask you to use a smartphone app to unlock the door to your room (an app that needs access to all your photos and contacts by the way). We had to insist and tell them we couldn't install the app so they gave us 1 key card.
