A little complicated access

qualsiasi cosa chiedi in più ti fanno subito il conto aggiungendo euro su euro (2 ore di anticipo check in € 20, un croissant in più € 2) mai successo con prenotazioni in Italia, va beh ci può stare. Arriviamo in camera, sistemiamo il tutto facciamo per uscire ma, al controllo della chiusura vetrate si riaprono da una parte. Cerchiamo di capire come mai ma pare che la serratura sia stata un po' forzata. Avvisiamo in direzione, viene subito la persona, controlla, prende coltello per cercare di sbloccare la serratura, ma niente, ci mandano subito il tecnico che non fa altro che constatare che la serratura è rotta. Avendo delle cose da visitare, intanto ce ne andiamo. Per strada telefoniamo alla direzione dicendo che appunto la serratura era rotta. Anziché preoccuparsi di risolverci il problema, ci dicono con nonchalance che è tutto ok, il posto è tranquillo si può dormire con le porte aperte......COSA? Penso che siamo alla pazzia, non ci interessa quanto il posto sia tranquillo: NON DORMIAMO CON LA PORTA APERTA!!!! Dopo la nostra insistenza finalmente ci danno un altra stanza. Nonostante avessimo altro da vedere ci chiedono di tornare immediatamente per vedere la nuova stanza....no va beh, facciamo saltare i nostri programmi per un loro problema.....Vado a vederla, mi sembra tutto a posto, dico bene, c'è angolo cottura, la signora mi fa la faccia strana e mi chiede se avessimo dovuto cucinare.....Scusate eh, ma sbaglio o i vostri appartamenti indicano ANGOLO COTTURA??????? va beh, dico ok cambiamo, almeno possiamo chiudere. spostiamo il tutto e andiamo a finire i nostri giri con tutto il ritardo del caso. Bene torniamo, sistemati ci mettiamo a cucinare, (premesso che c'è meno del minimo indispensabile per cucinare) prepariamo la tavola...oibò!!!!! c'è solo uno sgabello nel bancone, quindi l'appartamento era per una persona....morale, fuori non si poteva cenare causa 5 gradi, abbiamo usato le sedie per poter appoggiare i piatti e mangiare sul...

Le logement bien agencé et confortable , la vue magnifique sur la mer, le personnel gentille et pleine de vie, l'emplacement ... tout est fait pour passer un sejour parfait

le logement est vétuste, chasse d'eau du WC HS (génial ) en plus pas la réception le sait. Il faut éteindre la lumière avant de monter dans le lit avec un escabeau dangereux car pas d'interrupteur pour le lit. Crasse sur la majorité des choses, four , bouilloire, réfrigérateur ...impossible de fermer la porte de la sdb, la réponse que nous avons de la part de la réceptionniste suite notre réclamation, 165 € la nuit c'est pas cher. C'est de l'arnaque . Les photos sur le site sont belle ,la réalité est bien différente

L'appartamento è situato all'interno di un complesso residenziale molto grande. La struttura, in sé, ha del potenziale: si trova nella parte collinare di Cap d'Ail e vanta una bellissima vista sul mare. Ha un parcheggio privato e coperto a disposizione degli ospiti e una piscina che, con un po' più di manutenzione, sarebbe davvero bellissima. Lo staff è molto cordiale e disponibile. Sia check-in sia check-out sono stati rapidi e agevoli.

Abbiamo soggiornato nell'appartamento n. 527. Il bagno cieco è stato recentemente ristrutturato e, nonostante ciò, presenta muffa nel piatto doccia. Nel complesso l'appartamento sembra necessitare di alcuni interventi: un vetrata è incrinata, la serratura della porta che dal balcone conduce sul pianerottolo esterno è rotta e non si può chiudere a chiave. A parte queste problematiche strutturali, in camera da letto c'erano diversi peli e capelli sul pavimento e le tende delle finestre erano piuttosto sporche. Lo stendibiancheria era rotto. Insomma, in generale, l'appartamento non sembrava molto curato, sia nei particolari sia in diversi aspetti importanti come la vetrata rotta o la serratura non funzionante. Per tre notti, io e i miei due bambini abbiamo speso 505 euro e sinceramente, allo stato attuale, la struttura non vale la cifra spesa.

Excellent place to stay, with great personal service, breathtaking views, 'rather' close to a minicenter with supermarket, shops and restaurants, and a hilly walking distance to Monacco along the spectacular coast (35 min walk), but a car is of course recommended, but when you walk home, a refreshing and wonderful infinity pool is awaiting you. We initially booked just for one night, but the whole family wanted to stay longer, which Sara attentively and quickly arranged to us, despite the fact it was high season and a lot of guests.

The spectacular view and the impressing construction of the real estate on the hill side, made it challenging to construct easy access to the pool from all rooms without walking a number of stairs. I am a pool guy, so I would have loved to have access to the pool after 7 pm and enjoy the sunset with a drink by the poolside.

The view and the price were amazing. Sara is fantastic... must visit again.

Rooms are quite aged, quite a few maintenance things are in need of fixing but they were all minor - it just looks like there is no maintenance done, but nothing so bad that it affected the stay.

Swimming pool is extra ordinary. Home and balcony is pretty big and amazing view. Manager was helpful. Location is nice.

Swimming pool staff irritated people. He called the police because a kid jumped into the pool. Sleeping rooms were a bit small.

The pool was as great as promised! Staff was friendly. Breakfast was delivered to our door!!

It was old and needed to be updated. It appeared to be a “resort” property, but really all it has was the pool. It felt like they tried to do too much with the small space and it felt cramped. Parking was a little tight just because of the nature of the building cut into the side of a mountain.

Amazing sea view, great infinity pool, nice modern and very clean room, big balcony (with a sea view). Very cosy place.

The pool was lovely. The location was great.

The apartment was tired and old facilities. The air con unit was too loud to sit on terrace. The bathroom was very old, shower unit very flimsy. The unit needs updating and a good deep clean.

Great location, great views and the beds were comfortable. The infinity pool is amazing. Free parking and easy communication with Sara. You feel more comfortable than in a tiny hotel

The apartment is nice but already shows signs of heavy usage. But nothing which would have stopped us to enjoy our stay. Everything was working

Booked room with kingsize bed the bed was 4ft and very uncomfortable the pillows were rock hard no white top sheet, toilet was way too small toes touched wall when sat down found it too small, iron black couldn’t use patio door was smashed overall apartment was small and was not as good as expected

We only had trouble getting in and out of door. Very old, and broken. However they seem to be steadily renovating so I'm sure that will be fixed soon.

Nice ambiance, great infinity pool, seagulls nesting in front of our terrace, nice mediterranean vegetation on rooftops, nice and spacious apartment, breathtaking view, friendly staff, convenient location, nice wooden structure that leads to pool, chill and laid back atmosphere overall all clean enough despite aging structure, quiet.

Parking free and very convenient but structure intimidating, small bunkbeds in the cabin, small wc and bed linen need to be fresher, furniture on balcony needs a bit cleaning too and door handles need a bit of repair but other than that, I could say it was great, clean and nice! Apartment big enough but cabin room very small.

Location, Infinity pool, Furniture, appliances, beds, pillows, beddings, bathroom mirrors are very fresh and prestine condition.
